McDonald's, Mesa AZ

Shows online close at 1 am and we were line at the drive thru at midnight with a few other people and right when they take our order they said no we are closed and refuse to serve us.

Pretty fast most of the time food's pretty good most of the time but overall they are a model of streamlining

I go every morning to have my coffee. They know my order, every time, and a very nice/friendly staff

No creamer, no sweetener, and no napkins.

Why are customers not allowed access to these items? Listen up McDonald's, your coffee drinking customers HATE not being allowed to prepare their own coffee. You put it in for me? I add to taste. So of you McDonalds don't mix it correctly, then I have to wait in line to go back up and have you do what I could have done the first time. The McDonald's 2 blocks east of here has their creamer and sweeteners out. Why does this location ruin it for us?

Sunday 4: 30 pm. Really busy. Ordered 3 grilled chicken sandwiches they only had two asked if we wanted something else. We passed. Fries had been sitting around for awhile although they were extremely busy. Weird. Hey we were hungry and on the road in an unfamiliar place. We settled.

Pancakes & saugage, hash browns was just a re-warm up, reconstituted blah. Wasn't what other McDonald's gives me. Asked for more s. It was like I was speaking in a different language.until the Black guy got it.the Hispanic lady just didn't get/ understand what I was asking for.made for an unpleasant mealm

Every time I come to this McDonald's they always get my order wrong. I just went there today and my 20 piece nuggets had 9 nuggets in each box I know this sounds kinda of petty but I want to get what I paid for and when I called them they didn't answer. I have always had problems with this location the reason I come back is because it's close to my house.

I always stop by McDonald's for dipped cones. This McDonald's has the best chocolate. It's thick and tasty and it doesn't drip. Great job McDonald's.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Impatient staff, cold food, orders have been wrong every time I’ve gone here. Go to the one on Mcclintock or by fiesta mall if you want what you ordered.

We go here a lot because they have spacious booth and we can spread paperwork out. Its cool and decorated in a comfortable way.

This McDonalds location seems to always do something wrong when we stop by here. Either they miss a product. They fix it the issue immediately but it crazy how we wait up to 30 min and they still get the order wrong or forget something. Maybe, it just us, but I wouldnt recommended this location because of the amount of mistakes that happens at this location.

I had the 2 for $4.00-/ breakfast sandwiches & a cup of coffee & everything was tasty and filling & the service was quick and friendly! Charles M

Quick service food isnt too bad, good place to stop for food on the way to or from somewhere when in a hurry.

This nasty chick brought out our food she had multiple bags for multiple cars, while at one car she took a box of frys out of one bag put it in another, then that customer took the same frys out and handed them back to her, she puts them in another bag AND ATTEMPTED TO GIVE THEM TO US. MISHANDLING OF FOOD MUCH! We got our money back and won't be back.

Always go through the drive thru at this McDonalds. The staff is friendly and quick. The foods always tastes good and fresh for it being fast food. We get bags of ice here when we forget to get them at the grocery store. Super small parking lot at this location.

I would never say McDonald's is the best but they have deals and from time to time the food seems to be good. I like the McFlurrys and my honey likes the chocolate dipped cones.

There bathroom had no toilet paper and soap.all mc donald took the paper towel away and I hate that air dryer and no sit cover either. It not like they go in the bathroom and clean the bathroom all the time.but the food was good there.

Literally EVERY SINGLE TIME I have been here, they make you wait in the extra drive through spots.

Food cold even after I requested hot fries and I was giving the wrong size drink when ordered a large meal which was upsetting couldn't go back due to 30 minute lunch goes by quick
