McDonald's, Sun Lakes AZ

Got a bundle box and I put it on my seat. Got home. Grabbed handle and all my food is now my dogs lunch. Thanks for a lovely meal.

Drive through order person at 7 am sounds like she’s either half asleep or drunk. Glad they messed up my order tho. Got an extra breakfast sandwich for free LOL

Favorite McDonalds I go there for breakfast a before work. Great service, nice employees and so fast.

Manager refused to sub buns for hot cakes no matter how much I said I'll pay difference. She refused and told me to go somewhere else with my ridiculous order.went to other location

Nice people but no regular McChicken offered, only spicy and for health issues I can't do spice.

Ladies working there are hard workers. They make customers happy because of their great service.

Store is going threw a remodel. Construction is leaving a mess outside. Only entrance had brick work being done over it. I thought something might hit me in the head if I wasn’t careful. Debri and wood all over the place and there wasn’t a clear path to the entrance.

This McDonald's is a very clean place and the service is usually good. Right now they are renovating but staying open

Whether it's for grabbing something @ lunch or grabbing something to eat to go the orders are quick & not to long of a wait. They seem to have it together.

Double charged my card a minute apart and would not refund the second transaction. Had to get the money refunded through my bank.

BUGS! Don't eat here you'll find bugs in your food and the customer service is AWFUL. Managers send poor lower level employees to do their job. MANAGERS need to own up and act like managers and take care of issues instead of hiding from them.

Typical McDonald's, slow service for take out orders, had three sit in meals that were larger and ordered after that got their food cirst

Was fast! Great food. Had a guy taking orders in the drive they to speed things up. Perfect visit. Food was put together well. I had a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. Just wish the app let me customize the biscuit.)

Never had a bad experience with any of the staffs there. But, sometimes they make soggy fries, which I hate.

They didn't bring our food to us, but they brought the food to some others. We are highly offended.

Just got a snall hamburger and fudge sundae to keep me going.ordered no onions, but still got 1.they immeduately replaced.never liked nor could handle the sharp onion taste.

Greeted entering as cashier was ringing customer at register. Smiles all around as it was nearing shift change or close of business.

I worked at a McDonald's. I know there standards. This place falls short. Always the same lady at the second window in the mornings and she could care less with helping anyone. Just tosses you the food and acts like any additional requests is like the end of the world

Curbside order on the app is horrible. I placed order and multiple cars that chose the drive through after I showed up got their food first. It was horrible

The worse place ever as usual. The worse service ever, food is sloppy, and workers are horrible.
