McDonald's, Glendale AZ

Extremely soggy fries, and very rude, she was laughing I was placing my order. Everyone looked disorganized. Lobby was decent.

I can't give lower. The service here is absolutely garbage, the management dose not have any skills or cares. They take offense to and suggestions or any comments. They tell you to drive all the way back and offer nothing. I wouldn't have to drive back if you had people that could listen or get a order right. This is the 3rd time they have done this. This place should be passed. If you like getting mad and don't care getting your order then go here. WILL Not Return

The worst McDonald’s in Glendale. Horrible customer service, I ordered Two McGriddles with NO EGG and they gave me no egg no cheese on one, and another had a hot and spicy patty on it.i don’t understand how hard it is to take an order down correctly. 0/10

They accepted a ubereats and close down the line and the lobby just somebody held up a line for 45 minutes, we called and the guy said we could not come in then they called again cuz he shut the light on the menu off when we got up to it everybody was honking and he hung up on us we last order this McDonald's is horrible service

Double check bank statement, double charge on drive thru. One guy had to ask how much money I gave him. How many catch this? If they put a guy that can't count then why not Hire a crook

OMG! If there's any problems with your order, etc. They will fix it Asap. Service with a smile. I was truly satisfied. Amazing Customer Service

Haven't set foot inside this location, but the drive thru crew is always at 100%. Super polite and apologetic when the lines are backed up and I've never had any errors or mistakes with my order.

Went here for the first time today. Went inside, ordered two boxes of cookies to go and received them nice and hot in a timely manner. Employees rushing around and seem to just be getting used to this new location. A self-serve ordering "station" that I had never seen before. It is small inside but all the seats are cushioned. Colorful decor. I would go back and sit inside to eat instead of using a drive-thru.

It's got nice new fun furniture and seating. I'm not a big fan of the giant touch screen to order but at least I know I put in the order right. They gave us large fries and drinks instead of medium but I'm ok with that. They gave the table near us the wrong order though so I reccomend verifying the order before you eat.

Absolutely terrible. I couldnt even eat what I ordered. The Frys were literally hard as a rock, there was no way I could eat then. My spicy chicken was soggy and the bread was stale. My coke had to much carbination in it and my oreo mcflurry wasnt even half way filled up. Total waste of money and im pissed.

Was busy but moved at a reasonable pace. Young woman who took our order was efficient and polite. Was there Fri 9/7 at about 1210 pm. Food was as expected, Good, and i loved that there was a discount menu. Lunch, bacon cheeseburger, fries. Drink, less than 5 dollars. Clean and no parking lot trauma

Cashier's didn't know what she was doing Very bad service She didn't have a clue what the menu was and was arguing with me Had to tell her to turn around and read the menu becase its say you have what I am asking for A male came and took over took my order

Waited over 20 minutes for order, only to be told they did not have half if it. Which I specifically asked if they had prior to ordering. Also, a worker in the back in a rush to lock the doors before closing time. She was very rude to customers who just placed their dine-in orders.

OMG. No one at the winfow to take my money. Then at food window the cashier tried to give me 2 orders that werent mine. If you go here check your order before you pull away from window. It is usually wrong.

Every time we go, the order is wrong. I’m not usually a picky customer but when I’m not getting what I asked for repeatedly, it’s quite annoying.

Could not get my order right. Asked for 6 sandwiches got 3. Asked for the rest and they charged for two more. Never got the right amount. Manager and staff just don't care.

I find myself eating here more often because of the app today was a fillet of fish for a dollar

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with the leafy green lettuce and tomato and I did not get that I ordered a large fry fresh to order well done and I did not get that the food was mediocre but since I already arrived home near 67th Avenue and Bethany Home Road it was too far to go back #

The food has no nutritional value. The taste of the food taste funny and often my family is sick. Best burger is In/out burger #1

Used to be my favorite McDonald's until they under went construction and I had to wait 30 min in the drive thru lane and then the rep who took my order made me wait 7 min before she took my order which was a dipped cone. I won't be visiting this McDonald's again
