Usually a better experience but today there was a very long wait time at the drive through. Employee at the window didn't pay attention and could have had better customer service skills.

Idk where to start with this place. The food, the service, the location. Everything about this place is perfect. I drive 30 minutes everytime to go here. They have authentic quality food. If you try it once. You'll be back for more.

Over 50% of the time gets my order wrong and they are super slow with orders. If could fix one of those issues would be a much better location. Getting 2 because my daughter loves their fries and they are the closest to my house

Manager was showing me the new terminal to place your order and pay. More automation taking away jobs from the neighborhoods.

Went through the drive thru this morning, ordered a bacon mcgriddle sub round egg. Grill slip and receipt show the order correct. Open the sandwich it's got the nasty folded egg. Tried to call as I'm tied up at work and no one could be bothered to answer the phone. Obviously the management at this location is going down hill. They used to boast about having the least mess ups. I wouldn't have even left this review if they would have bothered to answer the phone.

Everyone here is very helpful, and the treatments our dogs receive has made them less skittish and more comfortable in our presence.

Sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes, customer in front of me only ordered a happy meal and a small other bag of food. Should not have taken that long.

Terrible service very rude workers and manager manager was on a personal phone call very long line took forever to get my food and was not done right

I was not happy walking in and seeing its all self-order. I could not figure out how to order so a "HUMAN" had to help me. When I went to pick up my order, it was wrong. Never again.

They are open 24 hours andI stopped by this a place around three in the morning and saw the drive Tru cashier petting someone's dog Tru the window. I Did not even ordered just drive off.

3 people in the drive through 15 minutes. Not sure what was going on inside no-one came to either window till we passed.

If I could go lower I would never in my life have I been so disrespected get one manger eloina who just blows customers off and tells them they need to use kiosk to order even though I had to go to counter to pay which makes no sense then I was ignored at counter till I said thanks for the free soda then they cancels my transaction and the other manager Monica just laughs never again will I be back here

We went to this location late at night and there was two cars ahead of us. The line went fast and the cashier was very kind.

I have never experienced more of an awful time in my life trying to eat dinner with my family this restaurant is so terribly and horribly incorrect about their customer service and I just wish to express my concern cuz on a regular basis have I received disgusting treatment by all of the staff (John) specifically man who is in his late 20s dark hair John who has been the most despicable horrible person I've enter interact with

HORRIBLE! All I got was a smoothie because lets be honest, the food sucks. It took them 10 minutes to bring out our food and 3 other people got theirs before us who ordered after us. This one guy kept screwing up the orders and looked like he was sleep walking. Dont go there because the staff suck and dont care.

Went to get grandkids happy meals, they got no French fries. How do you not put French fries in a happy meal all 3, no ff. Good was cold too.

Everyone gets a huge FAT ZERO the size of Jupiter! The works have no manner & i wondered why. Cause the mangers are rude also.

Today I had eggshell in my breakfast- a crunch I did not want with my sandwich.

Employees do not pay attention at this store- sometimes the order comes out correct but more often than not I'm left disappointed with my order.

I asked for a regular #8 combo with the signature Mac sauce (which they have recently had in little plastic containers just like the other sauces). I specifically said, "if you still have it. " The lady laughed a little and said they did.

I did not receive my fries at all despite paying over $8, and, well, you can see on the picture what kind of Mac sauce they gave me. It's a chicken jugget container full to the brim with loose Big Mac sauce.

I never thought I would post anything regarding a McDonald's but that could be the nicest McDonald's I've ever experienced
