Food as usual.
Waiting.well it was not packed and we had to wait a little for the food. Other than that it is good.
Ordered Big Mac. Was good.
Excellent speed of service! Food quality is always hot and fresh. These employees move with care and urgency. Just don't forget to ask for napkins at the drive-thru window.
My burger was not cooked at all i ate it half way through and noticed the entire inside was not cooked now feeling uneasy i expect the mcdonalds owner to contact me ASAP
Always a pleasant visit! My only concern is the wait time (i.e. 20 minutes for two vanilla cones) The team at this location is awesome; It just needs to work on actually being a FAST food restaurant. If you're in a rush, don't dine in here. Drive-thru is the better choice.
Waited 15 minutes for ice cream as I watched about 10 cars get their food ahead of me. Horrible! This place gets so busy they literally forget orders.
Israel and Chris are awesome. They were super nice and helpful. Everything came out right away and was delicious. Best location by far!
Terrible service for a McDonald's. Not friendly at all. Young man working the window used profanity while in the window. Didn't fill my soda up all the way. I ordered 2 large frys and I had to ask for ketchup and he gave me only 4 packets. My soda was only carbonated water, no flavoring at all. Although this is the closest McDonald's to me, I will be going to a different one.
Service was really slow and the workers all had nasty attitudes only good was whenever you got it food it was nice and hot
I went 3 time and it took more then 30 min to get my order. I ask them for my order and it took a nother 15 mins! I do not recommende this plz. Bad customer service. Managers where just looking at me as I was waiting for someone to great me. I strongly recommend going anywhere else!
Love McDonlds best food love. Their chichen sandwich and breakfast and everything.kids love it too.
Drive thru lines were beyond packed so I decided to try to go inside because it said they closed at 12am and it was 11: 15pm when I tried to go in and the doors were locked. It is UNACCEPTABLE that they close the doors earlier then what is posted. I really hope that corporate sees this and does something about it because that is horrible customer service in my eyes.
Probably the nicest, cleanest, quickest McDonald's I've ever been to. Just pray you don't get asked to pull up to window number 2 though. That's a 10-15 min sentence every time as you watch 5 cars behind you pass as you wait for Fry's and a mcdouble. And you gotta think. Really? ! These 5 people didn't order Fry's or a burger? !? !
This is the best McDonalds in S.phx, good friendly service, munch cleaner, food that's hot, not half warm, half cold!
I'm usually pretty happy with the service here, but a couple of times I wasn't too impressed. Nothing major; one visit the guy at the counter said they were out of hamburger patties. The other visit I mentioned, basically our order wasn't expedited so we waited for almost twenty-five minutes to get our food. It's all good though- we ended up getting the order for free!
UPDATE 3/28/18: Wrote corporate and I received not only multiple phone calls from the GM, I also received a letter written from the area manager as well. They apologized and assured me that they will do whatever they can to train the employees on this issue better. I RECOMMEND REACHING OUT TO MANAGEMENT IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE SO THEY CAN USE THE FEEDBACK AND COACH THE EMPLOYEES.

This place always parks me.last time.tonight.they parked me and forgot about me. I went in to get my food and explain the situation and they literally had the nerve to ask me for my receipt. You literally asked me to park and you don’t remember me? Then they didn’t even offer to upgrade my food. Some tall guy in a light blue shirt I’m guessing he is supposed to be a shift manager? Simply just walked away from me while I was talking. I’m definitely going to write to Corp. Usually I would let this go but this happens to often at this location. Especially when 15 people are working inside and none of them are busy.
I went through the drive through and ordered a sausage burrito and hot tea. They didn't know if they had the tea and then when they confirmed they could do that, they couldn't confirm they could sell me the burrito. They put reach on a separate order. When I tried to post with a $20 they didn't have change and took 10 minutes to get it. I requested sugar and cream in the tea.when I got it they said they had put everything in the cup but didn't put the sugar in. This place seems like a mess with poor management. The total experience took much too long and ended poorly.
