McDonald's, Mesa AZ

The staff is cool but everytime I go there the icecream and shake machine seems to always be down, I find that to be strange and always at the same time, 9: 30 pm to 10: 30 pm - the times I go.

Every employee, from the drive through to getting the food was cheerful and upbeat. Now I know why I normally choose McDonald’s over Burger King when I want a fast food fix. The food was just as I asked, and I got a friendly “Have a good day” instead of an argument. Professionalism can be practiced in every line of work;-) Not only that, but gloves and masks were worn by all employees. A different employee handle the payments than the one giving me the food. Just in case anybody’s worried about that kind of stuff.

Good, drive thru was very, very busy when I visited around 10 am, but they are fairly efficient.

The service was lacking felt very lazy like your employees didn't want to be employed. Y'all should do something about that

Worst one yet. Everything was lukewarm and nasty. Tasted as if it had just been sitting there for the past 30 minutes. Fries were soggy and disgusting and my food was hardly warm and looked/tasted old.

Used the drive thru at 8pm. Very simple order of 2 cheese burgers, 2 hamburgers and hot and spicy chicken, 3 drinks. 4 cars ahead of us, took 17 minutes to get our food. Seriously understaffed I believe.

Every trash but one was full and overflowing, the bathroom was gross. Instead of putting the new roll of toilet paper in the holder, they left the old roll in and put the new one on the floor.

McDonalds is really upgrading the Menu. I'm very glad to see this old menu getting out dated. Thank you McDonalds. From a satisfied customer of many years.

All I ordered was 2 drinks, had to wait 15 minutes for someone to give me ice because there Ice machine wasn’t working, half the staff was standing there doing nothing and two of the girls working we’re super rude. One of them was a young Mexican girl and the other was a white girl with long wavy hair. Never will come here again, learn how to do your job.

It was a super clean McDonald's! Not a fan that a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin cost me four bucks though.

Slow way to slow for a drive thru 1/2 hour is too long to wait for a drive thru. 2 cheese burgers, really slow.

This place was gross! The girl running the drive-through window was not the smartest person I've ever met. The flay of fish was Burnt and had only have a pice of cheese on it. Same with my girlfriend's

Ice cream machine is broken most times we've tried. We've only been able to complete the order once after a long explanation of what we were looking for. It must be such a rare occurance that the machine actually works that they don't know how to use it.

Manger rude and staff is rude, take way too long, need to get it together and run a better business

It was so sad I can't even put a star.but it won't let me post it unless I put at least one star but I actually take that star away if I can't

Very normal McDonald's, but there's sometimes just no one taking orders at the drive through, so go inside

Soda was flat. Ketchup dispenser has been empty for weeks. I come every week, but no longer. 2 stars because food is always fast.

The double quarter pounder with cheese was really good. Add big mac sauce to that. You won't be disappointed

Food was old and seemed to have been sitting there for awhile, only good part was fries when they were hot, i dont know how they can mess up McDonald's food but they did.

This particular McDonalds struggles with service, timeliness, warm food and chip card reader doesn't work and no one bothers to get it fixed. Its disappointing
