7McDonald’s near me. 35th ave & union hills dr, Phoenix Arizona. For 3 weeks now the Lobby has been closed due to no employees. They been advertising in house interviews however no one available for that either. This is non - professional for a fast food business. Excuses is all they offer. Some people go there every morning to eat and converse. Tell me that can’t get employee’s, there not even trying. This Mgnt is doing a crappy job. How Sad. Must not need the business, time to move on.
The East Thomas location has made Uber drivers wait and transfered 3 different drivers twice this week. Shouldn't take an hour and a half to get chicken nuggets when you live 5 minutes from location.
So sick of going into McDonalds and buying the quarter pounder, only to get it home to find out that it is still red inside. Do you not have the time to cook them thoroughly? This is the one at Butler Ave in Flagstaff, AZ 86004. This is B S!
I wouldn't even given it this much of a star if I had a choice. It never fails, I go to McDonald's and my order is screwed up. Never again. I'm gastric bypass so I get to spend the day vomiting because they gave me sausage instead of the Egg McMuffin with ham. They repeated my order to me correctly but on the receipt it was wrong. I won't even go down there for my family. This isn't the first time I've had problems, they're always giving me the wrong order, especially if I order Iced Tea. It seems that the customer isn't right, I think McDonald's has gotten a little too big for their pants. I had to get back into my car just to get a refund of $3.37 when they should have refunded my complete order of $12.05. My car doesn't run on air and the discomfort I'm going to have for the rest of the day isn't worth it. I guess I got lucky enough that the manager decided that I was deserving enough of such a meager refund for THEIR screw up!
I had a very positive experience here. The people were friendly, welcoming, and very informative.
Giving it one star because this is a corporate warehouse not an actual McDonald's.
