I read the reviews and kept an open mind. I can honestly say that everyone's negative comments about the receptionist is true. She's unpleasant and doesn't do her job well.

I got here at 1: 30am for my 2am appointment. I got straight in the door, but had to wait thirty minutes because the unloaded was on break. No big deal. The lumper fee was $105 and I paid that before they unloaded me.

At 3am they she calls me and tells me she doesn't like the temperature readings on my trailer and she has to send an email to find out if they will accept it. She said it would take 2-3 hours.

It's now 7: 15am, I still don't have an answer and she's upset because I asked. I have another load to pick up at that is set to get me home. At this rate, I don't know if I can pick it up.

Truly a horrible experience.

Rude bad attitude from the lady with glasses in front receiving area she must really hate her job I didn't believe other driver reviews if you come here you will find out they charge lumpers fee took about 3 hrs to get unloaded bring your blank comcheck or else they charge an additional $5 good luck drivers and stay safe

Excellent receiver.opened promptly at 2300, and were finished unloading, and I had paperwork in hand in under two hours. Courteous, helpful office staff, and efficient lumpers!

The receiving hours are 11pm to 730am
Yes there's a lumper fees here, I had to pay $215 dollars.if they provide you a comcheck, it's an extra $5 fees for the comcheck.

Good luck getting out of here in the middle of the night, they only accept company checks and if ur company happens to be closed ur sol, this guys are still inventing the wheel

Typical grocery BS. No lumpers but they’ll still take your money to unload and take an unnecessary amount of time to do it. Take a lesson from Costco you lazy grocery industry; They are bigger than you and can still get hundreds of trucks out in under an hour and for free! The people at receiving were pleasant. 4+ hours since bumping the dock.

Appointment at 5: 00am got a door at 4: 30am was done and gone at 5: 30am! Well Done McLane of Phoenix!

Very good warehouse. Others should learn from them how warehouse should be run. In and out in 1 hour. They start receiving at 1am.

Took load early and only took about 4 hours plumper fee reasonable. 105.00 full truck load.if lucky street parking after unloaded or can hide in back lot till hours are back.

Friendly gals in office get you in and out was here early but got out in 2-1/2 hrs with a floor load.

The lady in the office seemed more concerned with socializing with all the guys coming into visit with her than calling the drivers for their bills. I'm trying to be very patient with people this year but this is crazy.

Very nice people, took only 1 hour to unload and get my bills back. Appt was 0200 GOT here at 0120 and went right into a DOOR. Will come back.

They are very very crazy we have two load every other week my driver no like this place because they always tack a 6 to 8 hours for unload

Clean fairly large lot. Easy back into large docks. Amerisource don't start receiving until 06: 00am local time

My appointment was at 0730 got there at 0700 got a door right away took less then 30 minutes to unload trailer receiving was very nice will not mind coming back here to deliver
Receiving opens at 0100 you can check in early they will take you early if there is an opening
