Asked dude in guard shack and he doesn't have a clue about anything at all. Doesn't even know what tandems are.
Make sure you grab dinner first and come prepared to sleep late.
Parking at entrance though. No facilities. You know, the standard dog treatment.

Mclane (Goodyear) Worst place I have ever delivered to appt at 5pm checked in around 3: 45pm was given door around 4: 45pm here it is 9: 45pm and still have about half a trailer to unloaded. Never come back here again. Should of known it was going to be a long appointment when Capstone was the lumper service. Avoid this place worst ever. Now McLane (Phoenix) is a different story never had an issue there quick and very polite. By they way it's Driver appreciation week not even a water bottle did they offer us.

Better get here with a full clock because they're gonna take their time getting you unloaded.

A total of 6 hours. If you have a 1300 appointment, they spit you out in time for Phoenix traffic.

The only reason I gave it two stars was because the guard were friendly had a 6pm appt acculy go in early but it to 5 hrs to unload and get paperwork back for a load with no breakdown

If you can avoid this place do so cause they are ridiculously slow. Going on 5+hours for 3 small pallets. Doesn't take that long to inventory the product. My grandmother could do it faster than this. Someone needs to report this receiving department to the main corporate office cause someone is really slacking.

100 years of garbage. Mistreating every company and driver that unloads at your facilities. Between you and Capstone Logistics you are taking down the interstate transportation system.not possible 9 hours waiting to unload 11 pallets. 100 years of what are you celebrating? They act like when they started. They pity others. Junk company, call Costco they can provide a super experience in the business.

Arrived one hour earlier, check in, assign me door and unload me very fast, sent me a text message to pay lumper fee, paid now just waiting for my paper so I can leave.after 4 hrs waiting pull up my truck so I could close my trailer doors and my paperwork was there and nobody told me anything about it, very bad communication in this place

No good minimum 8 to 9 hours unloading never never never next time. Just waisting time only, another capstone union failure

This place gotta be union. Another capstone finest. Damm these places wasting my whole day

Our check in was at 7 pm we got hear at 630 pm and it took them 2 hours to get to us by then we ran out of time this us not cool

It's not to bad delivering to mclane.
You can clean your truck do your windows
Clean all 18 tires and get your sleep while they unload you, I'm starting to hate rushing all the time,

My appointment 3: 00pm this call me 3: 35pm give door
I am waiting for door 8h no unloading my trailer too much waiting

Really slow at unloading got a door around 3pm for a 5pm appointment and they didn’t start unloading the 1 and only pallet until 6: 30pm it’s now 7: 30pm and still nothing but a red light

Update just found out they had been sending the wrong number the lumper fee they needed so po right now

Appt 1500. Arrived early am plenty of overnight parking. People at gate very polite and professional. Received door 30 mins early. Once in dock things went downhill. 6 hrs 30 minutes in dock and still waiting for green light. Truck empty Lumpers paid waiting for pods.

Got a door 3 hours after appointment. Very slow unloading. People will come and go after you arrive and wait for a door. Typical grocery warehouse.

AVOID COMING HERE
THEY DAMAGED MY DRIVERS TRAILER AND ARENT TAKING ANY RESPONSIBILITY.
THEY DIDNT EVEN TELL MY DRIVER THEIR NAME
THIS PLACE IS RIDICULOUS AND THE WORKERS ARE WORSE. THEY NEED TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR WHAT THEY DIDN

My experience was good, 1pm appointment & sharp 3 pm check out. Overnight parking available for 10-15 trucks, Overall no complaint. Nice & clean place. Thanks
