Dr. Yiqiu Hu, and Staff are amazing! They have helped me when no other doctor could. I had an active autoimmune virus and leaky gut. I had been ill for years. I was so blessed to find MEDROYAL. They don’t have admins. One of the doctors is at the front desk, they rotate. I love this! My previous general doc was good, but getting through his staff was an exhausting, disappointing exercise.every time. It’s such a personal experience at MedRoyal each time. They are all so personable, professional and welcoming.

I went to see Dr Hu for my initial consult and I really liked his thorough approach and demeanor. I had 3 health concerns and I was getting nowhere with my previous PCP, probably because the visits were a rushed 10 minutes. Not so at MedRoyal. Dr. Hu took his time and we discussed history, symptoms, lifestyle, etc. One of the docs drew my bloodwork and it was seamless - no struggling phlebotomist taking 3 tries! They are also upfront about costs.

After the first visit I knew it was more than I had hoped. I went with a monthly membership because I know it will take a while to work through my current issues and I needed a general medicine provider, so win-win. I couldn’t be happier with my choice!

I had a new headache issue in late June. Saw Dr Hu and he saved me from going to urgent care because it was beyond oral meds. He took care of me and ordered updated imaging. Did I mention, I can message him and he responds! I was stressed and he alleviated my paid and worry.

I had a massage the next week to help with the residual tension from my headache. It was the BEST massage - drastically reduced the tightness and tension.

Their general medicine practice is what 2019 should look like in medicine. It’s the best medical office experience, without all the negatives! I’m looking forward to checking out the aesthetics down the road:)

These group of doctors are absolutely amazing they genuinely care about there patients! So many times have they gone above and beyond for my family's health. I didn't know doctors were out there like this. They focus on fixing the problem and not just the symptoms, which is helping my family overall health for the long term. I love these guys.

After recently getting very interested in fixing my gut, I was recommended to Dr. Hu from a Facebook group. I spoke to him a few times before committing to an appointment and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve been a patient here almost a month now, primarily seeing Dr. Yost for my specific problems. Dr. Yost really takes her time to talk to you and try and better understand your problem (s) and goals with treatment. It’s truly a partnership in healthcare unlike a traditional medical office. Each week I am discovering new things about my body that are in dire need of help! Luckily, they can help with all of it! I have personally done hydrotherapy, cupping, and IV treatments.
