I went in for a mattress and found the couch I’ve been dreaming of. Terrill was our sales associate and he was both professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Mega Furniture and the Tempe location in particular to anyone looking to purchase.

Bought a sectional and ottoman on Black Friday 2020. Great service from the sales rep. Originally told a couple weeks to deliver to then have it delayed to Feb 2021. No ottoman with the shipment and then told mid march for delivery. Today we get a notice that the ottoman won't deliver till mid may. 7 months to get an ottoman?

Ms. Rosie was extremely helpful. I told her what I was looking for, my price range and she helped me find the perfect set. They weren’t pushy, did not try to sale you what you don’t need and very helpful. I would definitely recommend and I’ll be back to see Ms. Rosie!

Terrill was very helpful and kind, he was very patient with me and worked with us on choosing our furniture selection. Can't wait to start enjoying it, the warranty they carry on there furniture is so worth getting. Thanks again Terrill you were a pleasure working with.

STAY AWAY! We had a great experience here until one of our pieces was delivered damaged. We had paid for the extended warranty so we weren't worried. Until Chris the delivery manager setup an appointment for us TWICE and both times they were a no show!

Don't step foot in here unless you want to get ripped off. Promised things that never happen and waste your time.

Nice store with decent things. Salesperson followed us around too much. He seemed kind of desperate before I left.and I was just starting to look for new bedroom furnishings.

We were in search of a couch and stumbled upon Mega funiture. Michael was the first to approach us and introduce himself with no pressure and let us browse. We finally had some questions and he answered them all and helped us with a investment piece of furniture from a local builder with a life time warranty. Bill the store manager was very helpful also and knew what I needed and wanted and was able to guide me through the rest of the process. Thanks again

This is the worst every I met.

I bought a living room and I waited 2 months to be delivered then the set is defected, I called the 5 time and in each time they said the new set will be delivered tomorrow and no one came till now.

I called citi bank who financed it and disputed the charges.

Very bad customer service
