Meineke Car Care Center, Anthem AZ

My old BMW fun car engine light was on and I had to get it emission tested and of course my registration is overdue. They got me in the next day and fixed the problem with no hold ups at all! Love these guys!

I was in a very bad way with my vehicle. Chris and his staff, especially the receptionist were incredibly helpful through a very difficult time! I would highly recommend the shop great people!

Even having to order a weird part, they had me in and out within a day. And at a price that lets me keep both kidneys!

Charged $120 for a diagnosis, misdiagnosed the issue, and refused to refund the diagnosis fee.also tried to charge me $550 for parts which cost $160 at Autozone.

In a response to the owner - The price of OEM parts is still far below the $550 quote. All work specified in the diagnosis was completed and the issue persists - I tried to be nice and kindly ask for a refund, but was told off, unfortunately.

Chris at Meineke was a great mechanic
He really helped me when the dealership tried to rip me off. He was honest and fixed my car and had me back on the road in no time I highly recommend his place.

Excellent service, these guys have always treated us fairly and professionally. They have never upsold anything and I have been completely satisfied with their work.

Shop doesn’t know how to do an oil change LOL beware. When draining my oil, they drained some into my skid plate, which then drained onto my driveway. Paid $60 for them to stain my driveway. No attention to detail as a professional technician would have noticed this. Thanks for nothing, Meineke!

Had some major problems with my truck I’m from out of town and had to leave it behind. This place communicated with me every step of the way and fixed my truck in a matter of days they were honest and fair. I would definitely use this place again

Paid about 600 to fix my AC and it broke the next day, all the Freon I paid 300$ for btw, leaked out, as well as got quoted 1400 on my pregnant girlfriends car, for a leaking rack and pinion and power steering pump. Come to find out the rack and pinion is perfectly fine and the pump was just leaking. Little shady for me personally, and just wouldn’t recommend it if you don’t know what you have in your car etc, they’ll try to getcha.
