Memorial Towers Senior Apartments, Phoenix AZ

I had to drop something off at this senior living facility and the smell was atrocious. After having to navigate through a nasty elevator and down stairs with a sticky door I went into the female restroom to wash my hands prior to touching my car. There was no soap in the bathroom and I informed two staff members one was receptive while the other (thin, old, caucasian with blonde hair in a ponytail) seemed irritated that I was bothered by their obvious lack of adherence to health standards. Also there was no hand sanitizer present in common areas or on the residential floors.
