Absolutely amazing, they went above and beyond on making my wedding dress all I had dreamed. I brought in an honest mess and they fair god mothered it to a stunning dress that I can not wait to wear for my wedding. They were so beyond kind every time I went in for fittings, they really do make you feel like family. Also their coffee is great just a side note. They worked so fast and captured my dream dress perfectly and I honestly feel like I got an amazing deal for all the work I had done. Best place in Tucson for alterations, we've already been going here for years with my fiances military uniforms and they always do top notch work as well. We will be forever clients here they are the best!
I had three pairs of jeans patched up here. I'm not exactly sure of the lady's name, but the short older woman that helped me is such a nice person. They've always offered me fair prices and they did a fantastic job of sewing up my worn out pants. Nothing fancy. And that's how I like it. I highly recommend them for any of your tailoring or alteration needs.
Truly nice lady named Brenda helped me with alterations on a pair of slacks. She was very kind and very accommodating to my mobility issues. The results were perfect.
Wish I could say the experience was great. My top was measured by the female there while I had it on. Had her alter it. The top was altered way too small.
I had to wait 25 minutes just to pick up a garment - fees were paid. Tailor was busy, I understand, but why wasn't there someone on hand as back up for simple transactions like mine? I wasn't the only person waiting just for a pick up. I will NEVER use this service at this location again. Really disappointed.
