Men's Ultimate Grooming (MUG) - Chandler

Melissa is our family favorite. My two boys love her to death and she makes them feel great. I’m really picky and she is the only stylist that I’ve met that is pickier than me. She always does a great job!

I love the recent changes to the staff. If you've tried them before and went somewhere else, I suggest you try them again. More specifically, Ashley is the one you need to ask for. She goes above and beyond. You will not be disappointed!

MUG went above and beyond my expectations. I’ve been to a lot of places and can honestly say Gabby gave me the best haircut I’ve ever had. The salon itself is very clean, the staff was exceptionally professional, the whole experience from start to finish was 5 Stars

It is great to see Ashley is with the MUG’s team. She is a true professional that gives an outstanding hair cut and experience. She had given me a great hair cut when she was with another salon and I thought her talents were being wasted there. My son and I will be back to have Ashley as our stylist. Very smart move on behalf of MUGs to bring Ashley on.

Came here to get a clean head shave and a beard trim and Ashley is phenomenal. The atmosphere is great, the store is CLEAN, and all of the staff are super friendly. Decent selection of hair products as well. Ashley is my go to, her dedication to a great experience is unmatched in my years of going to barbershops.

I've been getting my haircut from the same person for the last 5 years. About a month ago I moved here from Texas and struggled with the idea of finding a new barber shop. I heard good things about mug so thought I'd give them a shot. Jackie made me feel at home and worked to get me the haircut I wanted. Great haircut, awesome environment, easy scheduling, overall this place is great and will continue to get my business.

Im new to the area, and happened to drive by this place. Nice online booking system for convenience, and comfortable interior design. I showed up a couple mins early, and was seated almost immediately. Marcie discussed my hair type, hairstyles I may want, and offered her professional opinion. She was very friendly, and does great work. Would happily return again!

Never have openings, wont take you 1.5 hours before close. The one cut I did get I think the lady was half inebriated and I had to get it fixed. Sad.

Brought my son here. Was surprised how good they were with kids. Barbie was very sweet and funny and it made my son actually enjoy his haircut. I definitely appreciated their attention to detail, not a "chop shop" by any means. Very cool vibe here, I definitely recommend giving it a try.

This place sucks sorry to say don't waste your time rather go to ghetto to get a haircut they can do a better job. Wasted almost $30 here. Had to go to other place to fix it up

I am new to the area and was looking for a place to get my haircut. Came in 30 minutes before they closed for a men's haircut. I was the only one waiting and the two stylists were finishing haircuts (one was a child's haircut). I was told they closed in 30 minutes and couldn't do the cut before they closed so I was turned away. What kind of business turns customers away? They won't get mine. Too bad as it is on my way home from work.

Angelina did a great job. She cut my hair exactly how I
like it. Also, it was a nice, relaxed atmosphere with great customer service. I will go back.

Been going here for a few months now, great treatment by the staff, haircuts are so much better then my prior place, very affordable and so glad I switched to MUG!

The two girls working here were really relaxed and very patient while listening to what I wanted done with my hair (considering I was bored with my current hair style and didn't know what I wanted). They suggested a few things and questioned if I was satisfied all the time they were cutting. I was really satisfied with the result. I'll definitely return for my next cut.

Called to make sure they could cut a short flat top. They said yes and setup a time & had me give them my phone number. When I showed up, they told me they couldn't do it. They told me I could wait until one of the ladies finished the customer she was with, she would try. I waited 40 minutes and couldn't wait anymore. The place is call Men's Ultimate Grooming, I expected much better.

I've been struggling to find a haircut I love since I moved into town a few years ago. Seems to be hit or miss. Here, I had a great experience - everyone is super friendly and professional and I could tell they enjoyed their work. Most importantly, however, they did a great job. It's definitely worth the few mile drive!
