Men's Vitality Center - Phoenix, Arizona

So I can’t remember when I started going to Mens V but it’s been a while. Maybe 1.5 years. Anyways it wasn’t about 6 - 8 months ago I really started to know the staff. You know medical assistants and front desk girls. DeNita and Lizeth are 2 of the best ever! Especially Lizeth, she always remembers who you are with detail. I honestly can’t say enough about her. I would recommend Mens V to anyone. Great place! Phoenix location

Dr. Evans is great, takes the time to listen to you and help you. The office manager Amanda is friendly and smart. Will definitely be going back. 5 stars!

My boyfriend Vince sees Dr. Evan's so he referred me to him, so now I've been seeing him as well, hes now my PCP too, Best Dr hands down. He has already helped diagnose my issue I was having by running blood test, that the hospital in the ER department (twice) and my other PCP never ordered, they never figured out what was wrong. First visit with Dr. Evan's he ordered blood work then gave me my results. I will definitely continue to see this dr. Thank you dr. Evan's for helping me and answering my questions, being patient, and kind.

Dr. Evans and his staff have always been efficient, helpful and very sociable. Dr. Evans’ services have gone above and beyond others; in that the times when I’ve discussed other issues not related to my current visit, Dr. Evans has offered assistance from one of his offices that I didn’t know existed and has exceeded similar services I was currently getting elsewhere.
I highly recommend this office for anyone needing competent healthcare in a friendly, social setting.

I am just getting started here. Dr. Nick shoots you straight. The staff is friendly especially Arianna. She was kind, patient, and very informative with my many question's. I am hopeful too see the results so many other's have. I will update again in a few weeks.

I’ve been coming to Men’s Vitality Center for quite some time now and I should have reviewed them a long time ago. From the beginning the Dr explained how everything works and comes up with a testosterone replacement therapy plan specific to you, then adjusts things as necessary. I love the regular monitoring to make sure my TRT is keeping me right at a happy number and everything associated with TRT is good shape! Never had an issue with using my insurance and even their self-pay options are better than most. The staff is always cool as hell and open to address any issues along the way. Friends and co-workers that we’re getting TRT elsewhere started coming to the vitality center and haven’t looked back. The only minor thing I’d suggest as an improvement is later hours and being open Saturday or Sunday.

Nick & his team are the best! I was dependent on opioids for eight years before starting treatments. He is now my primary care doctor!

Even though it states Men's vitality doesnt mean it's just for men. My husband referred me. I had an overall Great experience with Men's vitality. I was able to get the answers I needed when my gyno couldn't! Clean office and pleasant staff that made you feel welcome. Thank you Cheryl Kennedy

Don't go here because they'll cancel your appointment 30 minutes before. Like this place is literally a joke

Great office! They REALLY do care, and listen. Takes the time to make sure that everything is good. Charlene Baldwin is especially a wonderful provider, but the ENTIRE staff is great. I only wish that I could have found out about them MUCH earlier.

Charlene at mens Vitality is one of the best doctors i have had the privelage to go to in my many many years of pain management. She genuinely cares about her patients. She takes the time to UNDERSTAND each individual situation. Nick is also wonderful as all the people in the office. Highly recommend Mens Vitality.

If you want someone who truly cares stop your search here. Men’s Vitality Center goes above and beyond for their patients. The level of care and concern for my husband was remarkable. He was very nervous taking the leap to get the support he needed. As soon as he met with the nurse practitioner, Charlene, his anxiety was reduced and we knew we came to the right place. She listened to him without judgement and made sure he was comfortable with the process for starting buprenorphine treatment. She made sure that we were both informed about the process and that his support system was in place to ensure success. I have never worked with a NP or doctor that texts, calls, and ensures her patients are ok through the evening, weekends, and even on her vacation. She made sure that my husband made it through the induction phase comfortably and successfully and addresses every need and concern with care. Charlene truly cares about her patients and their well-being. Finding a clinic that would accept new patients was so challenging as it was and Men Vitality Clinic is doing this right, providing the discretion and care we desired. The office staff is warm and friendly and always there to help as well. Thank you for all that you are doing for my husband, you truly are a gift!
