Men's Wearhouse, Phoenix AZ

I do not usually write a review, but I wanted to share the outstanding experience I had at the Men's Warehouse and with Formalwear Manger Adrienne Lalonde in particular. I was behind schedule to select tuxedos for myself and my groomsmen with a wedding date very quickly approaching. I had no idea what the process was and was feeling the pressure! Adrienne jumped right in to walk me through everything. She was ready for my scheduled appointment and showed me all of my options from different styles to price. My son is active duty military and is coming home on leave to act as my best man. I thought this would be a challenge, but instead she took the time to find another Men's Wearhouse near his base in Georgia and provide me all the information. She listened to what I wanted and gave helpful advice on what might look good. There was no pressure and she helped to save money where we could. In fact, I came in under budget and was able to buy two more shirts for what I had expected to spend. I highly recommend this location if you are uncertain about tux rentals, what a fair price and a high level of professionalism. Ask for Adrienne.

I’m really curious as the type people I would meet regarding those leaving 1 star reviews. Over the past couple months I have personally been to 3 locations and my groomsman have been to an additional 4 and this location was absolutely phenomenal. Melony is the manager here and man was I astonished at the way she regained my confidence and was able to overcome any concerns I had brought.

I was in an incredible need, pre-wedding to order my suit as the groom, not only did she get it in and then have it tailored- she did this within 9 days. I had my suit and had it for the wedding. There was an associate I spoke to over the phone who led me to this store and thankfully to Melony and I wish I could give them credit too.

If this store is busy when you go in my advice is to be patient. Wait for help and I promise you will be happy to have done so. I’m so incredibly grateful for Melony and her Team! Great Job keep it up!

I went in here today to buy some business formal cloth. I waited for about 30 mins for some help with my queries, but it appeared that no one was interested in doing business with me. There were other customers who walked in after me and received prompt attention. I guess I won't recommend this store to anyone.

I have never felt more ignored when I came in to buy 2 suits! All I can say is wow! Just because I didn't come in in a suit! Just lost out by judging people! I just couldn't believe the elitist attitude of employees who work on commission and don't even make a portion of what I do. Word of warning people who have money to spend dont always look like money! We wear T-Shirts and Jean's or shorts like everyone else.

Update: I was in this location (Happy Valley & 23rd Ave) for 10-15 minutes and nobody asked how we were doing or if we needed assistance. I ended up going to one of their other locations that isn't run by a bunch of millennials who can't seem to talk to anyone outside of their generation. If there was a better option for big guys like me, I would have used another company totally. Unfortunately this location was right by my house (Happy Valley and 39th Ave). I had to go to the Arrowhead location to get assistance. There seemed to be 3-4 people helping 1 guy at the Happy Valley location. Fortunately the very professional guys at the Arrowhead location treated me well and gladly accepted my just over $1200 spent (including a custom suit). I do suggest you carry more Jean's and polos for larger guys if you continue to advertise for Big and Tall! I would have spent quite a bit more if you did!

One of those millennials working at the Happy Valley location lost the commission on my $1200+ in sales. I will tell you after having to be inconvenienced and drive lots further out of my way, I will start looking for another company to give my business to. I work to hard for my money to just continue to give it to a company that won't take care of me.

I didn't feel comfortable through the entire process. I felt I was processed and put through an assembly line and in the end I was put in a tux that I had no other choice to get. The location in Hawaii fixed my situation and by that I mean I ditched the rental tux and purchased a suit to my liking. These guys (Phoenix location) put a bad taste in my mouth for buying a rental or a suit.

FANTASTIC experience! Last minute Rental for 4 days out! Cross Country delivery to local store! Awesome! On time. In budget!

First time at this location and they had a great selection and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Loved the staff. Didn't like that I had to buy two for the price of one, when I only wanted one. No doubt I could have gone elsewhere for less. But it's quality clothing an excellent service.

Expensive and uncomfortable. Just like the groom wanted. The process was smooth and easy, but I could have bought a suit for the same price as my rental.

It is really convenient location where the staff seems to actually care about providing quality service.

Really great staff. Always helpful and willing to order whatever you want. They also came thru in a big way for a wedding abroad. Never been disappointed here.

I like the way I look. Mel was extremely helpful and got me into 2 new suits that were perfect for me. The taylor is very good and gets the alterations done fast. I had them custom build me a suit that I absolutely love and can't wear enough.

Went to check out this place because I needed some new dress clothes but ended up walking out within 5 minutes because of all the pressure one of the workers was putting on me. I was there wanting to do my on shopping but this older man couldn’t stay off my shoulder I will never walk-in a men’s warehouse again after that experience. The worker was telling me not asking.to try some clothes out. The most expensive selection also. I refused. He then asked me how I was gonna be paying for items I haven’t even picked out yet. Basically I felt like he was saying you better have money bud or fk off. I was there to buy clothes like I said. I knew what I wanted but he was like a car salesmen’s. Nosey, rude, and disrespectful.

We went today to get my fiance his suit for our wedding next month and we got spectacular service from Joe, the assistant manager. He was extremely helpful and very nice. We'll definitely return for future purchases!

My husband needed casual pants and Brian took wonderful care of us. He was helpful and friendly. As for the store it was well laid out and simple to find what we were looking for. I added the fifth star because of their great sales. He literally got 6 pair of pants for the price of 3! Even though they didn't have everything we wanted, Brian was kind enough to place an order for us that would be delivered to our door at the sale price. We will be back. Thanks Brian)

Bought a suit. Was in and out. Told the guy my price range and we stuck too it. Liked the speed the best. Suit has held up well.

My girlfriend bought my suit from this place. I went in for a fitting and I have to admit, it was pretty uncomfortable - but other than that, their customer service was really good. They made sure I was comfortable and that what I liked and wanted was what I got. They gave me suggestions but didn't force me to buy anything extra.

Great quality but prices are 2 to 3x what you would pay anywhere else. Definitely not worth it.

I've gone into this location every few months over the last 5 years - either needing a suit, tailoring, wedding rentals etc. Ease of access to their products and services, and attentive staff have made most of my experiences there painless and relatively short. Went in the other night and the staff was very pleasant, helpful and efficient. The location is nestled in the corner of the shopping with plenty of parking.

Service ladies were calm and polite, my biggest complaint was that in order to get actual answers I needed to assume I was talking to a literal genie. Otherwise​ a pleasant​ visit.
