I’ve had a lot of expensive cars serviced but never like this. These guys are total pros from A-Z.

First, calling for an appointment is pleasant. When I arrive, I love being greeted by Barry. Good old fashion, polite, genuine service with a smile! Mark, my advisor, approaches the vehicle with his giant smile and a beautiful greeting and opens the door for me to exit. The "BEINGNESS" of everyone here is delightful. So glad I made the switch from Arrowhead Mercedes; there is something to be learned from Scottsdale. Your demeanor speaks so loud that I cannot hear your words.

Always a great experience when servicing my car at MBZ N Scottsdale! They take the time to check every system and make sure all areas of concern are called to my attention. It’s easier than ever because they’ve adopted a system that shares updates on your phone, so you can see all their recommendations and approve work in real time. Super convenient! They were great, pleasant and kind. They asked a lot of questions just in case you forgot anything that you needed them to look at while you were there.

Only negative is the prices for service seem higher than I would have anticipated vs.having it serviced elsewhere

The staff is friendly and professional. They have the latest technology and do a thorough job. My car was ready at least a day earlier than expected.
