Mercury Lock & Safe reviews
7 I have a small Sentry safe. I misplaced the key to it. This took place on Saturday Spetember 18. I am partially disabiled and use a cane. I made my way to Mercury Lock & Safe. As I pulled up to the disabled parking space out came this gentleman. He helped me out of my car took me by the arm and escorted me into his shop. Thanks Brian! Your proof that
caring people still who show kindness are still out there. I would totally recommend Brian and his shop. A-1 affordable service. Gene Burns
I recently purchased a used RV, and apparently, the ignition and doors of the cab had a new lockset installed. I was provided with a single pair of separate ignition and door keys by the seller, even though the same key should open both, so I had no backups. Brian diagnosed the problem with the ignition key and ground the key to work in both the ignition and the cab. Better yet, he had the proper blank to grind me a another duplicate, which two other places did not, and it was reasonably priced.
Needed a Thule box key that was lost. Called and was quick easy and Brian helped greatly and his staff as well. Very pleasant experience, would highly reccomend.
I've been doing business with Mercury lock for years. Very professional, great customer service and knowledgeable of what needs to be done.
They went out of their way to make a key made for my vehicle; although it was a hassle due to the whole code lock system on new vehicles.
I lost my spare key fob. The dealer wanted 500 bucks to replace it. I went to Mercury and they were able to give me a price around &250.00. Scott went out of his way to find the right code for my car. I guess it is 2016 with 2017 title! So, it was a little difficult to get the right code. He ended up buying a new code and passed just a little bit on to me. I was happy with the price and the speed of the service. I would recommend using this place instead of the dealer!
