Today my friend and I stopped in to get a foot detox. We have had them before and are familiar with them. The two ladies that waited on us were very nice. I am concerned tho because they do not seem to be trained in giving customers all of the important information that is needed when you do a foot detox. The very small dark room was not conducive to receive this detox. I had to ask for the chart that shows you what you are detoxing from according to the color the water turns. But the room was too dark to read the chart. After the timer went off no one came in to check on me. I had to get up and open the door to ask tell them I was finished. I am used to receiving great customer service, where I am given a bottle of water and instructed to drink plenty because I will be detoxing for up to 24 hours. Otherwise you can get sick, get cramps, muscle tighten up etc. Also I am used to being checked on, and my feet removed and cleansed from the detox water and then dried and my shoes put back on. I had to figure out how to do this on my own in a very tiny space in a dark room. I hope improvements can be made in this area. Thank you.

Just joined as a member three days with my first thought that this place was amazing until today. I’ve never seen such lack of customer service. If I would have had received this treatment the first day I would had went somewhere else, now I’m stuck for six months “bothering” the staff because I paid to tan here.

Love this place! Staff know you by name and know your likes/dislikes. Always able to work around my schedule!

Came from other PB location due to moving. Wow.what a difference. Staff knowledgeable and very helpful. Staff incredibly nice, welcoming and full of smiles. Made my transition to this location easy. These folks are passionate about what they do.

Blake the attendant EXTREMELY rude not only did she not answer any of my questions about the facility. I felt like I was bothering her.wanted to go relax instead received more stress smh would never recommend this place

This is my second experience with a tanning salon. I have been a member for about 5 months and I have to say Planet Beach wins hands down. The girls are always helpful and pleasant, always remembering my name. They go out of the way to always help me. The facility is clean and I always feel comfortable. I would recommend them to anyone. Do not be fooled by cheap prices at other places, you will pay in other ways.

Good variety of services for the price and most of the girls are very sweet and helpful. A few seem to think work is a social place and customers are an inconvenience. Some can't correctly set timing on the tanning beds either. One of the tanning beds seems to be on its death bed. The towels smell funky so I don't use them.not sure how you sanitize colored towels.

This is the most upscale tanning place I have been to and the staff is really knowledgeable. They have everything from spa services to tanning. My friends and I are able to go during our lunch.

After using the Photo Light Therapy facial at Planet Beach I have been getting nothing but compliments on my complexion. After my six week session I feel like I look 10 years younger. Getting a massage at the same time didn't hurt either! Thank you Heather and Monyca!

Staff was really rude to me, spoke to me like I was 16years old like most of them. Wanted to know about what they do there and they blew me off. NEVER GO THERE! Plus it was super dirty, landury piled up high and beds were dirty, when I went it there was a dirty towel and spray bottle in the room. Take a 10minute dive down to Estrella and go to Club Tan way nicer, and no young girls. Really nice in there, won't be a waste of tim like this place. Trust me.

Love their services: Spray tan, red light therapy, teeth whitening. Staff is very personable and helpful.

Great staff, very accommodating and helpful. Great place to go and relax, and rejuvinate your body. I'm glad I got a membership, planned stress reliever just a phone call away. Every time I visit I can't wait to go back.
