Bought an Iphone 6s this morning and customer service was excellent. Only one employee working there and she took care of us 3 customers with ease. Nancy deserves a pay raise.

The young lady that worked with us 12/20/18 around six or 7 at night was amazing. Great customer service. And the other guy that was there too was very nice and helpful. Made everything soo easy and answered every question. Great customer service. Will do all my future shopping there. She deserves a raise! Very patient with all my questions and kind, while my daughter was dancing around the store. I can't express how much I appreciated her customer service.

I recently made the switch back to Metro PCS with the help of store associate Aaron and could not be more pleased. He helped me to get the most for my budget and with his expert insight helped me to choose what was best for my family. Thank you again Metro PCS!

One of the most exciting experiences of my life! YES the customer service is excellent but the employees here truly honestly share something with you besides just a smile! When you go in you are greeted with an excited to be at work HELLO and the whole place is just filled with a good vibe and great attitudes from the employees.

Absolutely stellar customer service! These people know how to provide 'genuine' customer support. My 6-month-old ZTE ZMax Pro caught fire on its' own and melted the charging cable into the phone itself. They took excellent care of me, and expedited me a new phone at absolutely no cost whatsoever.

Lady kept coming up with different prices! Ugh! It was noticeable she had no intentions of even helping me.disgusting!
