6Was in today 6-23-2022 to get a new phone and service the girl was very very helpful gave me a good deal for being a long time customer that the 35th and dunlap store could of cared less about walked me through some basic things about my smart phone cause only had flip phones for about 20 years this girl was the best customer service I ever got at any metro stores her employee id was fabiol just perfect service all around thanks
I bought my phone at another location on thunderbird and they didn't help me set up my phone. I stopped by at Northern and Rudy was patient and kind to help me even though I was screaming since I was very frustrated. Thank you Rudy for being patient and kind young boy.

You don't have free internet service and metro stops it at 35 GB NEVER FREE as they say in advertisements are false. Y'all need to quit giving customers dishonest feedback.
Received what appeared to be used iPhone 6 head set ear phones as my free gift for making my 6th payment with this location for a promotion they offered me! Won't buy or make another payment here. Just a heads up! And they never have anyone with experience so you'll be there awhile. Step it up
