Excellent service! Alex answered every question I had and some I didn't even know to ask thank you for making this as painless as possible.

Had the pleasure of experiencing phenomenal customer service from 2 representatives of this location. Spoke (on the phone) to Alex who took more than 15 minutes answering my MANY questions. At no time did she attempt to end our conversation or make me feel like I was not the only customer that she was taking care of at the time. I was so happy with our interaction that I visited the store the next day. This is when I knew I did the right thing. Mari A.then picked up where Alex left off. I had more questions (believe it or not) and Mari took her time and answered every one of them and guided me through setting up a phone for a friend of mine. This, while answering the phone several times, and yet I never felt like I was not priority 1. I am so happy that I took the time to interact with these two wonderful people and equally happy that I set up an account for my friend at this location. I STRONGLY recommend that if you have a Metro by T-Mobile device, that you take car of all your business with this location. They're Incredible!

The customer service was wonderful, she went above and beyond by activating my phone and then without me even having to ask went in and reactivated all my apps for me I have not been happier with any service that I have gotten in any establishment before for telephone.

This store is the worsed Mobile store. The Mgr Teresa was mean to customers coming in here, does not honor returns at all. Will never give $$$ back. Hope they close

Today I got new service and I’m glad I came to this store on Cactus and Cavecreek Rd. Let me tell you this location has all the phones available. I was really impressed on how professional they are. I got my accessories that I need it for my phone, this is a one stop shop which I like cause I need my phone to be protected. This is the store if you need a phone or accessories they have it. Thank you guys for making this easy. I will refer my friends and family to this location.

The friendliness and incredible service is rare these days let alone in a budget phone store. These ladies were inviting, knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and very professional. This should be your store to go to, if you live in the area.
