Metro Fire does a large portion of our Fire Sprinkler services in this area and they are amazing. Barbara Hernandez is an absolute gem to work with, she follows up often and always completes project within my deadlines. I 100% recommend!

Poor Customer Service
I regret to point out that, after having the Metro as our primary inspector for over ten years, my professional experience with them this time around was indescribably disappointing. The person (in AR Dept.) who named himself as the "boss", could not deliver infinitesimal amount of proper response to a community school like us. How could you be in the business of securing the buildings from fires, while you are enraging your customers with the nonsense. What so dangerous is about this firm, they ask you about the credit card information, while they have not done any services. Thanks.

Really useless customer service at the front desk where they service extinguishers. Total waste of my time unfortunately.

Metro does solid service. Their customer service is good, their prices are good, but I don't care so much about those (well I do care about price, but they were on the low end of quotes I received so that's good so far as I care). More importantly to me, their work is excellent and they caught TONS to things our previous inspection company missed. 5 years were due, hydrant valves that are stuck, the sprinkler system not talking to the fire alarm panel. I feel like I was paying for garbage for the past 4 years and should have found a company like this a long time ago.

Great techs, fast service, these people know what they are doing.everybody I've encountered from metro has been amazing. We just had an annual checkup of the sprinkler system done today, John is awesome! Took the time to answer questions, was very knowledgeable, great guy! Thank you so much!

The guy name Jonh is sososo rude, we will paid him just ask for information because the other person order the service, but he didn’t talk and drop off the phone walk away, this is stupid service in my life,

Haven’t had any business experience with them but this review is more for a driver. I was on the 202 by the McKellips exit going 75mph & one of the drivers was tailgating me. He then went around me & hauled ass weaving in & outta traffic before he was out of sight. You should really put a Hum or fleet elite on your drivers vehicles.

Very responsible team. Most reliable people are Holy (sometimes I think she is in every possible department there) and Rick from Alarm Department. If I am making a request I know they will communicate back 100% with updates. Anyone would hate to be in the dark and just have surprise (technician) at the door steps with words: "Oh, no one called you? ! '' But it is not about Holy and Rick. I am not sure if I want to talk to anybody else but them. Thank you for always been on time when ever I need Metro Fire. I am sure I will call you for more projects soon.
