Dr Beagle is outstanding! She has been helping my mom for years with hearing aids and excellent care. The office staff is very helpful and friendly also. I highly recommend them!

As a Snowbird from Canada, I was worried it would be difficult to return my Oticon charger for a new one when it stopped working. I had excellent service and assistance from Metro Hearing. They looked after contacting Oticon and returning the charger for me. I got a new one a week later, and all is good!

I have been a patient for about 3 years. Dr. Cummins-Beagle is excellent. She fitted me with hearing instruments that are amazing! I recommend her most highly, as she listens to patient needs, provides the best product, and provides superb follow-on care.

If I could give 6 stars I would. Very kind people working hear. Very comfortable waiting room for whomever you bring with you.

Not only is Dr. Cummins-Beagle kind, caring, knowledgeable, interested in you as an individual, but she and her office know all about insurance. This was the easiest appointment concerning insurance I’ve ever had. They take care of it all! Thank you Dr. Cummins- Beagle and staff!

This is my second set of hearing aids. Dr. Beagle's hearing test (audiogram) was thorough and persistent. The test indicated what my hearing issues are and Dr. Beagle explained the implications. The audiogram data and the speech discrimination data was shown and explained in detail. I used the new hearing aids for a week and then had a followup office visit where additional information was provided and the doctor answered my questions. I now know why dealing with a Doctor of Audiology is better for me than dealing with the big box store. Scheduling and on time appointments was excellent. The office location is convenient and the parking is easy. I am confident that the equipment is good and Dr. Beagle will be available if I have problems. Job well done.

Great office and great service. Dr. Beagle even came in one morning when she wasn't feeling well to make sure I got my hearing aids fitted properly. AMAZING

This is my second experience with hearing aids and much better than the first.
Testing here is much better than other testing in my experience.
The devices have been very reliable and repair has been prompt when needed. I was even provided loaner hearing aids though I didn't expect that service.
I recommend Metro Hearing.

My husband is thrilled with the technology that Dr. Beagle was able to help him with. He can now hear things he'd been missing, even with his hearing aids. He had a long phone chat with a friend he hadn't been able to talk to for years. And now we have the ConnectClip to help his hearing in just our private conversations. Chris has shown him top level ability to help get the most out of the hearing he still retains. She is conversant with technology and her customer interaction and support could not be higher. She cares and it shows!

I wasted and ordered hearing aids 7 months ago. I have tinnitus in one ear and my other ear had a hearing issue. Dr. Beagle tuned the hearing aid that the tinnitus wasn't heard anymore. After a month I noticed it was way too loud, and she softened the sound. It still was right, but I used the cell phone program to fine tune the hearing aid to my compfort level. Dr Beagle was then able to fix the sound to my liking. Dr Beagle noticed that my one hearing aid was not allowing to change the filter easily. She fixed that today. She is well worth the extra money you pay for the hearing aids due to her knowlege and care.

Chris, the audiologist, is very thorough in her exams and in the fitting and recommendations for hearing aids. The staff is very efficient and appointments are kept on schedule. If you have the slightest doubt about the possible lost of hearing acuity, this is the place you should go to get it checked out.

Wow! And Thank You Dr. Beagle! After losing most of my hearing in my right ear (due to a virus), I had been wearing cross-over hearing aids for many years. They never worked very well and my husband finally convinced me to give Dr. Beagle a try after he had gotten hearing aids at Metro Hearing. Dr. Beagle did a very thorough series of tests on me and said she could help me. I can now hear from that ear (for the first time since the virus) with my new hearing aids and I don't have to worry about batteries, as they are rechargeable. I am thrilled.

Dr. Beagle is one of the most professional and competent health care providers I have ever known. As a physician myself, I judge providers differently than do lay people. Thus, in addition to her above attributes, I found her to also be genuinely caring and and never, ever felt rushed. She is truly a star.

Cannot recommend Dr Beagle enough! Under her care, I recently purchased the best pair of hearing aids I've ever owned. It was like going from free airplane headphones to crystal-clear noise cancelling quality. Well worth the investment, hearing this well is a truly priceless.

My recent experience with Metro Hearing/Scottsdale has been outstanding. Dr. Chris Beagle recently fitted me with my fifth pair of hearing aids, which happen to be my first pair of Oticon. Dr. Beagle is a very knowledgeable and experienced hearing professional who understands the varying hearing needs of each hearing loss patient. Dr. Beagle carefully works through the many unique issues that hearing loss presents. She spent quality time with me through the entire process, all of the while acting in a professional, patient, and kindly manner! Dr. Beagle is always accessible and helpful after the fitting and purchase is complete.
