I am so frustrated. I called the office to pay my bill and waited for 40 minutes, and still no answer. I tried online with the portal and it would not work.
Again I called another day and waited 25 minutes during my lunch break to try to pay the bill. No answer from the billing department at all.
It shouldn't be so difficult to give them my money! And they just keep sending me the bill.
I will end up driving to the office to take care of this before it affects my credit. Not happy.

Doctor Leavitt is by far the best Doctor Ive ever had. He cares and it shows. I wouldn't trade him for anything. They have new Doctor there now too, Doctor D. Trainor and shes great too. So either way you will see a Doctor that cares! Front desk could use some work but I think shes catching on being new. Still miss Michelle though.

Worst staff ever. No follow-through. They take people ahead of you, even when you have an appointment before them. Then they stick you in a room and forget about you. I finally left 45 minutes after my appointment time and 5 other people being seen ahead of me. My tech even confirmed my appointment was before the others and apologized. She was from a different location and came to help out. Terrible patient care!

Well apparently Dr greg whatever. On grant and wyatt Will give you all the narcotics you want if he has a crush on you. My friend goes there and he gives them to her every month. Even though she takes them all within a week. I thought a doctor could see the ones fishing for drugs. But apparently not.

Dr. E Leavit is by far the best doctor I have ever had. He started as a nurse and then worked his butt off to be a doctor. He has amazing bedside manner, he cares, and he is a doctor I would never trade- Ever!

NFP Carolyn Huang is a witch! Do not go there! She is rude, unprofessional and insulting. She has a bad attitude and should not be practicing. The first time I met her she was stand-offish and cold. When she had to do some "extra" work by filling about my short term disability claim she then decided she didn't like me. She also did it half-assed and therefore I lost my claim and am still struggling to catch up financially. The 2nd time I talked to her she was rude and said: What did I want basically? She had also left me a rude voicemail returning my call saying: WHEN SHE OR ANYONE ELSE FROM HER OFFICE CALLED THAT I NEEDED TO ANSWER MY PHONE! I told her it's a Hipaa violation at my work to answer my phone and I could call her only on breaks or lunches. The 3rd time I saw her (5/16/13) she came with an attitude again and said what am I seeing you for? I said my neck problem still. She said and what am I supposed to be doing? Prescribing medication or what do you want? I said yes and it's called Nucynta. I had to basically write my own presciption on the mg's and how many to take per day. When she was done (she saw me for 5 minutes max) she said I hope I don't hear anymore complaints from you after this. I laughed thinking she was joking and she wasn't. SHE'S A B*TCH AND I WOULD HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND HER.

It's okay, kinda hit or miss depending on your situation and when you go. It could be better, but trust me it could be a lot worse!

Very unpleasant staff can't keep Doctor's and staff. Most do not have enough training in their fields. Look at other options for Behavioral Health Services that have been around longer. Medical area can be helpful at times, but it is hit or miss. The facility is beautiful but the staff does not complete the package.

(I give them a 1/2 star)

Three weeks after my initial appointment and still haven't received my prescription refill. I've left a message with the medical assistant (of course, it wasn't returned within 24 hours), sent a letter to the doctor (Ethan Leavitt-asking him to contact me about this matter), and spoke on the phone with an administrator. And I still haven't had any progress on getting a simple prescription sent over to Walgreens. In addition, my conversation with the administrator went very badly. She doesn't understand how referrals and communications with other medical agencies work. Overall, a very bad experience so far. Probably won't return. It's not worth the aggravation and headaches involved with dealing with the people.

Dr. Leavitt is mote than just a Doctor, he "Really" cares, he proved that to me. I have the utmost Respect for him and his staff and I have no problem going to the ends of the earth for him.
