MHC Healthcare Primary Care Health Center, Tucson AZ

The amount of turnover, forget it. I’ve had at least 7 doctors in 4 years. Then not getting return phone calls AND billing incorrectly. This place shouldn’t even be allowed to treat anybody.

UPDATE 1/11/2021. Had to cut ties with this facility. Nov 2020 The Wyatt location is unorganized. It's absolutely ridiculous. There's no follow through, instead of having the foresight to say if this happens this and that will occur so let's notify our patients to save them the hassle. Nope this location does nothing, they dont have the mental capability to think ahead and be proactive.

Not worth the effort. I was turned away from and office visit because I have cough, runny nose congestion. I have lung disease. I have a rash and sore throat since March, that I got in the hospital when I had pneumonia. Which I mostly likely would not have ended up in the hospital if they had actually done a follow up visit for the flu and respiratory infection I had in person instead of by phone. If they don't want to treat sick people in person they should get jobs else where.

This place is the absolute worst when it comes to returning phone calls. Had an appointment early in the morning. Waited 8 hours for them to send proscriptions to my pharmacy. They didn’t. I called several times and got brushed off. I’m in pain and suffering and I’m not even worth a return phone call. The response was to set another appointment up. If I had any other option I wouldn’t come to this office ever again. I’m miserable and because someone is lazy and didn’t do the job they are paid for I get to suffer.

The first visit was a good experience. The staff are friendly and helpful. The reason for two stars ; trying to make a appointment or to get them to call back is the most frustrating experience possible. After my first visit I needed a follow up and called 3 times in 4 days, each time saying they would call back and didn’t. I left voicemail and still no response. GET IT TOGETHER MHC!

Im writing this review on behalf of my friend Daniel B, who doesn't have access to a computer. If he could give no stars, he would. He had to go to Mexico to get vital medicine to prevent a stroke. He had no response from this establishment for over a MONTH! Even the pharmacy couldn't get a hold of this health care facility. For a place thats supposed to care for patients, they sure DONT!

Talked to them 14 times in a 12 business day period. Without notification notification they scheduled an appointment. I talked to the clinic supervisor after eight business days. On the 14th business day had my insurance company see if they would fully address my issue. During that time frame I had to go an emergency room twice. Was told that the ER had covid-19 patients. Never once did this office send medicine to keep me out of the ER after asking numerous times. They only sent a referal to a specialist. No medicine for while I waited to be seen. Another location had high turnover of staff including Primary Care Physicians.

I had been going there as a patient for some time. But I am ready to switch this place. I have had a cough and chest pain for 4 months (and still suffering from it) and 2 different doctors at MHC on Wyatt Drive were dismissive. One said it is a virus, the other said it is an allergy. They both refused to give me a referral for chest X-ray. No proposed solution. Unacceptable! Considering legal actions and filling a complain with ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH SERVICES.

Its where my primary Dr resides I picked him for a reason you should look into this place it's full of great honest Drs and staff

DR. ALQUADAN IS OUR PRIMARY PHYSICIAN FOR A WHILE NOW & I'M GLAD WE FOUND SUCH A DEDICATED DOCTOR TO HELP US WITH OUR MEDICAL NEEDS! THE STAFF IS REALLY NICE, HELPFUL & GO THEIR EXTRA MILE, EXCEPT FOR THE LAB TECH, SHE JUST STUCK MY SONWITH THE NEEDLE REALLY HARD TO DRAW BLOOD, WHICH, WAS NOT NEEDED AT ALL, ESPECIALLY SINCE HE HATES NEEDLES!

Most primary care facilities in Tucson have way too many 1 star reviews. I checked the reviews of primary care facilities in outlying towns and most of them have 4 and 5 star reviews. If you are shopping around for good primary care, I would advise that you leave Tucson. Worst place I've ever lived.

I've been going there for years, Dr Al Quaddan and Dr. Linda Ahn are amazing Drs as well as people. Their care is something I will never ever give up. 10 stars if it were up to me.

Absolutely vapid, disrespectful, and dismissive doctor. Some of the worst and most complacent modern healthcare around.

Douglas Cook is who I highly recommend takes time to explain and listens to you My daughter comes from L A just to see him I have seen him for years for my health issues!

I am highly dissatisfied with their service. I got an appointment with a lady doctor and she was asking the patient whether she wants to take the medicine. By the way she is FNP and will not recommend anybody in Wyatt road office
