I am sad to have to write this review because we were with this State Farm Agent for over 30 years (we are 65 years old). But I don't want what happened to us to happen to anyone else! It has cost us a lot! 4 car coverages suddenly cancelled. We paid every 6 months and when time for renewel May 15,2023.we found we had been cancelled.no explanation, no options, nothing! I called the regional office to see if they had any reason.nope. The only possible reason (my thoughts) was after 30 years we filed a claim for a fender bender. It is very hard and costs a lot when you have have been uninsured.even if only for 1 day. Buyer beware, Michael Riley's office is not loyal to its customers!
