Found some candy melts on sale for 80¢ a package. Still got in trouble with the hubby for spending money when I got home.

Very nice customer service from the floor to the cashier. I needed an item that was locked on the wall and had no problem finding someone to help me quickly.

I bought a 2x4' stapled canvas for $17. Cant beat that! Just Picked up an awesome little plant. It looks friendly. We are always looking for their newest bead and rock selections.

Wonderful customer service! Associates were friendly, created a fun shopping experince, and made sure I was able to find supplies needed for my ceramics project. Thank you! I would recommend this location on Signal Butte road to everyone. The store always has the items I need in stock, has the most knowledgeable associates, and super clean.

Had good experience. Framed dot art looks lovely. My only disatisfaction was cost. I was surprised by the expense. I did not check other places, so my bad.

This Michaels is really nicely kept and well organized, and I have never had trouble finding what I am looking for if they carry it. I love that their stock has expanded to carry things like EVA foam for cosplay! It's so much more reasonably priced here than it was a few years ago in other places. I do have a personal objection to the way they price things; crafters usually need a specific item at a specific time, without the ability to wait for it to go on sale or a good coupon to happen to go up. The sale and coupon prices tend to be what the product ought to cost, so you pay a premium to buy it when you need it if you got unlucky with needing it when it wasn't on sale. It feels a little predatory. The store itself is nice, though!

Russ with the IPS drop off is rude and makes it seem as though a 15 sec.package drop off is getting on the way of his day. I just left the store and the little girl with the curly hair should not feel title to questions someone outside her job title. The little girl I don’t care about, Russ on the other hand just needs to retire if he feels as of such a small task is such a big inconvience.

Found great deals in the clearance section. Kathy was thoughtful in bagging up my purchases. Everything made it home in good condition (not crunched or broken) I am very pleased!

It's disappointing how fast they sell out of holiday merchandise and then just don't restock it. Some of their sales are really good though.

I try and try, but I hardly ever get good deals at Michael's. Their "clearance" section is a joke. Most of the stuff in it is trash and should be tossed.

The deals were great and the prices were awesome. I saved a lot on what I wanted and needed. I'll definitely come here again.

Great selection of Christmas trees and decorations. Seasonal decorations already 40 percent off, plus we are seniors and got an additional 10 percent more off. Cashiers were very nice and helpful. Here is our tree, decorations and tree skirt. We will definitely shop there again.

It may not have as much as hobby lobby but Michael's gives teacher discounts unlike hobby lobby and the store is not cluttered and jam packed you can walk in the aisles.love Michael's

I needed to replace glass in a 5-inch by 7in picture frame. Piece I needed was skillfully and wrapped. It fits perfectly. More costly than I expected but the project is done

Friendly folks. I had some awesome assistance at the frame shop recently. Even though they had a glitchy computer app for framing, the framer, Russ, was patient and made sure the job would be completed correctly.

Just ran in for a couple of cricut vinyl sheets and was happy to see them on sale. They always have a great selection of items for our craft projects.

My favorite craft store! There are always sales, great coupons and a rewards program! As a professional creator I am here numerous times per week for supplies!

Disappointed with the availability of papercrafting supplies. Very low stock of stickers. Nothing really new or exciting. Seems like same old, same old. Would love something new. And that they would bring back the 40% coupon.

Not what it used to be. Seems like the majority of the store is for kids. Less and less creative and fun crafts for adults.

The store seemed well stocked. I found the picture frames I wanted. Every (3) staff member I interacted with was extremely helpful and friendly.
