I don't know who the representative was who helped me but she helped me find these little Christmas trees I was looking for over 20 minutes and I told her "if she found any small green ones I'd take them" I was about to check out and she walked over after unboxing them and said "would these work? ". They were perfect! I really appreciated her help and kindness. Makes you remember what the holidays are really about, kindness.

Went to the one on kolb but it was closed, presumably for covid or something. It had instructions to go to the one at Irvington. I was second last out of the store. It quite a drive and dark by the time I got home.

Clean and lots of sales going on, quick check out and cashier was patient with me as I was looking for my coupon.

The shelves are always empty at this location. Even before covid. Honestly, I wonder how this location stays open

I like Michael's. Unfortunately it is not close to where I live, but I stop by there every time I am in the area. There is always something you "need" at Michaels.

Even tho the majority of the products are over priced the melt and pour soap is cheap and works awesome. Just wish they had more molds!

Got some good, educational, and fun Christmas gifts for the grandkids but they have no stamps. The ladies who were there were wonderful.

Michaels is my go to craft store, when ever I come here the staff is super friendly and helpful. I never spend more than a couple minutes looking for what I need. Megan is the best! She is always knowledgeable about products and she answers my questions even when she is busy. I can’t speak for everyone but Megan is by far my favorite retail employee I’ve ever met. Megan deserves a raise! I just can’t say enough good things about her! She makes this michaels the best in town!

Looking for home decor for the holidays.this is the place.lots of items on sale.convenient and place is not crowded.

I entered the lavish arts and crafts store known to myself and others as Michael's. Upon entrance to the establishment I was taken in by an odor of simple couth, I was not overjoyed or understimulated. Down the aisles I walked, scanning shelves for charcoal pencils, whites and classics. I discovered the section of sketching and used a $50 dollar gift card to purchase the following items: 2 pack of white charcoal pencils, 4 pack of charcoals-white-black-black-brown, midtone sketch books-1 full size-1 pocket book. It was 35 buckaroos and was more than acceptable. I am happy with my purchase and experience.

Not busy. The only downside was having to find the prices of some items. The store was clean, the workers were polite and helpful.

Best Custer service ever. Had a great cashier who was able to honor a misprint on an item. And was so nice about it. I well ship Michaels over hobby lobby now any day.

Very helpful and respectful staff, took me directly to what I was looking for and even let me know of a deal going on with similar items I was looking for and to top it off done it all with a smile.

I felt like I was in a big lots. The store is old and did not have a fun feeling at all. I have been in many Michaels stores and this was the first one I have not liked.

Of Michael's I could spend all day there I love just all the craft stuff and the paints and the little bitty figures and just the whole store I can spend the whole day in there just give me some money and let me lose LOL

Open with social distancing and masks. Staff polite and efficient. Lots of craft and art supplies. We came for frames for some posters we bought. They have a huge selection of frames in many styles and sizes. The regular price is quite high on many of them; however, today there was a "buy one - get one free" sale, so the prices were OK. Wait for a sale or clip a coupon in the Sunday newspaper.

Oh my goodness! The framing center staff is amazing! I needed help with a large senior picture and they helped me pick exactly what I wanted.

Big fan of Michael's which has a wide selection of arts and craft material that make it a diy paradise. Organized isles and helpful knowledgeable staff. My main complaint is that many iteams are cheaper elsewhere i.e. Amazon, target, walmart.

This is a crafts, decorators, do it yourselfers dream store! I never leave empty handed.
Customer service is good, everyone has their days. Not holding it against them.
I will always come back.
