16I don't like how every where I go or seems less people interacting with one another. And now Michael's had 4 self check outs and 2 regular ones. Disappointing, a craft store is about interacting itself, people need one another, stop trying to get rid of human contact. Please
Michaels is always fun and they have such cute stuff. Always remember to use a coupon! They basically give them away.
Generally, not within our budget. And there seems to be a very, very limited supply of stickers. I was looking for gold and silver stars.could only find a specialty brand that was $4 per sheet.
Clean store. Good selection. Displays were organized and prices clearly marked. Clearance items were organized and maintained. Staff was very helpful, professional and friendly.
Couldn't find any crafty people that worked there. A customer actually answered my questions.
Customer service was terrible, I'm a noncrafty person who is trying to learn. Thank goodness for pinterest and youtube.they were way more helpful.

There are a lot of empty spots. Staff helped me find something, and she was very kind and helpful.
I kind of hate the kiosks. The line is now confusing and takes longer than it used to checking out.

A local shop for craft needs. This store doesn't carry an abundance of items nor do they carry fabrics but they do carry a variety of other crafting items. This store is always clean and majority of the employees are pleasant and helpful. They also carry some lovely seasonal items and beautiful home decor as well. They do have a jewelry section that is well stocked. Being so close to my home, this store is good for the necessary odd and ends you might need and their coupons are really nice. I do wish they carried a variety of crochet books and had a fabric section so I wouldn't have to drive far to a competitors store but I do appreciate what they do carry.
Little disappointed in the selection of this store. They didn't have what I needed. Their sewing selection is terrible. Make the trip to JoAnn Fabrics or Hobby lobby instead of this store.
I normally love this Michael’s the workers are normally nice and very helpful but today I had place a pickup order and to my surprise it was marked completed so early! I I know it’s Sunday and businesses open a little later but The store hours are 10-6 today but curbside was 9-5 showed which was weird because I thought the store wasn’t open why would they bring me the order and they aren’t open. Anyway I was already out running errands so I stopped there and legit waited until the 9am mark so I could say I was at curbside. When 9: 01 hit it reloaded and asked if I was there and what spot. Not very long after a gentleman come out of the store, shoves the order at me and says “in the future we don’t open until 10 it says it on the door” and starts to walk away from my car
I then said “oh I’m sorry I never walked up to the door since it was curbside and both messages you guys send about my order says 9 you should fix it “
“Like I said we open at 10”
I truly hope this man has a better day because he is gonna push something at the wrong person and get a rude awaking. I work customer service and understand what it entails, being rude isn’t in the job description and there’s a better way to share information so that you hopefully don’t get a negative response back from a client. Next time I will actually save the money and just order from Amazon instead of supporting in store businesses.
It was poorly stocked. Bad lighting. Nobody was especially helpful. It looked and felt sad, like it was going out of business or closing down.
I found exactly what I needed. And so did my friend. A little pricey but if you just wanted ideas and get a project started you could shop the sales and not spend too much. I found a few things that way. And now I'm inspired to do another project. I'm happy
