This store is almost always well stocked, and the employees are always knowledgeable and friendly. Any gaps in product are understandable, as supply issues have definitely been an issue just about everywhere the last couple of years. My only real issue is that the app has an issue that makes it difficult to know if a product is instore, but that isn't an issue with the employees or anything they can fix, so I can't hold it against them.

I enjoy shopping in this store at this location. However, on the 10th of this month at 16: 45 the young man was not a good cashier at all. He tried to Jam my glass Christmas ornaments in the bag with my boxes of Christmas lights. I said will you please bag them separately. He seemed bothered by that. The young lady who was working next to him said thank you have a nice day. I replied thank you and thank you for at least saying that unlike him who said nothing. People like that young man is part of the reason lots of stores are shutting down and people have to shop online. The next time I shop there, I will NOT allow him to ring me up. P.s, I could complain more about him. I think that would be useless because people are NOT accountable for their actions, sad.

They have a wide variety of products dedicated to making art and other crafts, the prices are somewhat high but they have good offers. I highly recommend downloading the app and registering to get promotions.

You will need lots of time to go through this craft store, Halloween is gone now you'll enter Christmas land very welcoming staff members, the store always looks great. Grab a cart and find your next diy project.

I had such a good visit today. I came in not expecting to buy anything but found a few Halloween projects. When I went to the register, the cashier was super helpful in guiding me around the website to find the coupon section.

Well organized and abundant of really pretty stuff to widen your horizons of creativity. Love it here.

I was directed to where the item I was looking was by an employee. The checkout clerk was very friendly.

Had everything i need and more. I was looking for paints for my models and they had a whole variety. Plus tshirts for my cricut for my youtube channel

The store was clean but there were some bare shelves. They might be gearing up for Easter. My wife had a question and the clerk went out of his way to try and locate what we were looking for. All in all a good visit.

I love that they have an area to where you can use their equipment and just get your supplies that is wonderful wonderful thing to do I'll be back. JUST AN UPDATE I WENT TO USE SOME OF THE EQUIPMENT AND WAS TOLD IT'S NOT SETUP TO USE YET I DON'T THINK THAT IS THE WAY TO GET CUSTOMERS TO COME BACK I WONT

Customer service wasn't that great we couldn't get anyone to help us find what we are looking for. The one guy who did assistance didn't have any idea of where to find things.

An old standby for my art supplies.if I can't find there hobby lobby is my next spot.

We went looking for party "stuff" and was disappointed in how little there was. Good place for crafting materials though.
