I have had a mailbox here for a while now and I am happy with the service. It was very easy to set up and the 24 hour availability is nice. The owners are always easy to deal with and the option to not wear a mask is nice. I mean if we are really in a deadly pandemic dont you think there would be homeless people dead in the streets in every major city? But no.they are still sleeping on sidewalks and eating out of dumpsters like usual. Common sense doesnt seem so common anymore. Thank you to the owners of this place for being reasonable.
I have been successfully mailing packages for a few months.
I does NOT bother me that they do not wear face masks because there is a large counter to space between us. I feel safe.
Anytime I have gone in here I've been treated with the respect and kindness. Whether I'm sending a letter or mailing a package it gets to the destination safe.
As long as I am in Phoenix Arizona I will always use Michael's Mailboxez.
I have been using this place for about two years now and have had 0
issues with any of my mail being sent or received!

This location is about 20 minutes away for me but I don’t mind driving
due to the fantastic customer service and pricing I would recommend
anyone use this place
I recently visited Michael’s mailbox and was very pleased. The customer
service was nothing short of amazing and they helped me save money! You
can even rent a mailbox from them with a street address for a great price.
Last year I started to use this place around the holidays because my
other post office was having trouble with every package. Since I have
switched to Michael I have no worry what so ever. Every package I send
always ends up on time! It helps make the holidays a little less
stressful! I would recommend to anyone to use this place!
I had 0 issues with a few different things needing to be mailed. It is
nice to finally find a reliable post office!
This place offers great prices and you can even rent your own Mailbox
with them for a great price. The owner is a great man and I’ve never had
a issue with his service. 10/10
When ever I use Michaels Mailbox it’s always quick and easy, I never
think twice when I need something mailed they are my go to!
