Michel Taylor, MD reviews
14Met Dr. Taylor for the 1st time today. Very nice and thorough with his questions and explanation of the suggested csre for my foot.
Everyone was so nice. Dr Taylor said I had some swelling still. That made it painful while they removed my stitches. They bandaged my foot. I have to come back next month.
Dr. Taylor is awesome as well as the staff. He told me what was going to happen and he was true to his word. Hughston clinic has all quality drs who care about the patient.
Dr Taylor is very personable. He does a thorough examination and explains your condition and what needs to be done. Great office personnel and nursing staff.
Couldn’t be happier with the care and professionalism I have received. Highly recommend Dr Taylor
Dr. Taylor and his staff couldn't be any nicer or more accommodating. I had a wonderful experience seeing them for the first time on a Friday afternoon & Dr Taylor took his time explaining what he saw on the x-rays & paid attention to my concerns & answered all my questions without making me feel like I was just taking up his time or being overly concerned or detailed, which is how I've felt in some of my other appointments. Speaking with his nurse Debra prior to my exam and x-rays was very pleasant also. The x-ray tech who did my foot x-rays was extremely nice and patient with with me. I've been in Nashville going on 2 years and have had to see alot of new doctors due to my spine & musculoskeletal issues, fibromyalgia, etc. This has been the most professionally run office with the most courteous staff I've been to, by far. Dr. Taylor put my fears to rest about my ongoing foot pain, that it's not super serious & told me I do not need surgery. Such a relief. He was then able to offer several options for relief over time including referral to a specialty orthotic place, proper footwear brands & physical therapy. I look forward to my follow-up appointment.
Great experience not only with Dr. Taylor but also the rest of the Joint team pre and post op. Fast, efficient, clear. No misunderstandings and everything clearly explained.
He was very knowledgeable and gave me hope from many different angles for my future. He told me about several procedures that we could do.
It was a pleasure to see Dr Taylor today. The appointment went very well. Thanks for letting me know that everything was healed and there were no health concerns.
I appreciate you and your team.
Dr. Taylor was on time, knowledgeable, and thorough with his diagnosis of my foot problems. The office was clean and the staff was friendly.
Dr Taylor explained the best options for my case that would result in the most favorable outcome.
Had surgery on my ankle yesterday. I've had surgeries before for other things and the doctor always came around to talk to me and explain what he was going to be doing to me during surgery. I was told that Dr Taylor was there but he did not come and talk with me before my anesthesia kicked in. Already being apprehensive about the surgery, this would have put my mind to rest. THIS SHOULD BE STANDARD PRACTICE before anesthesia kicks in!
I had also called in the office a few days after my initial visit to discuss the wearing of the boot and elevating my foot. I was told to keep ankle in boot and elevated above heart when I wasn't walking for the entire time. I found this to be IMPOSSIBLE but I did keep my ankle at least at a 50°angle while sitting.and above heart while lying down (about every 30-60 minutes). The weight of the boot made this extremely difficult. I finally discovered that I could remove the soft insert from the boot when not walking. My ankle was still stabilized and light enough to maneuver while lying down. I reinserted the my foot into boot frame whenever walking.which I never applied pressure to.patient experience and communication. I hope my experiences improve with the next follow up visits.
Dr Taylor was extremely nice and professional. He provided me with a solution to my problem along with directions on how to accomplish the end results to relieve the foot pain that I was having. I would highly recommend him to others.
