First time ever bringing my car here and the staff is very welcoming especially the manager.they went above and beyond and im very appreciative.i will definitely be bringing my car to this location from now on

Carlos and his crew are awesome. They will work with you if there's something you can't afford at the time and recommend what is more serious than other stuff.

Hated it bought a Groupon for all brakes which were 139 and I get there and they tell me that the Groupon was only for the purchase of brake pads and not installation so they charged me an extra 189 for installation. During the installing of my brakes they broke the rotor off my back passenger side so they had to order a new rotor to put on which I had to wait 2 hours for after I was already there for 4 hours. Then the machine broke so I had to leave my car overnight for them to fix it. Never again will I go here

Carlos who manages the front area is amazing. Great customer service. Been looking for a regular shop and will definately continue to go there!

The staff make you feel at ease and answer all of your questions. They go above and beyond when they are helping you and are willing to work with you. This is the only place I will allow to work on my car. TEAM MIDAS IS A GO

Paid over 1000 dollars in parts that supposedly would fix my issue. Am still having the same issue. I had to take my car in the shop over 7 times. The guys in the front really did have patience with trying to solve the problem but you can tell they had no clue what was causing it. Now I'm just hoping they could either fix the problem or give us our money back for basically making us pay for something that we believed would have helped fix the car.

Manager seemed like a nice guy, but took a week to fix my car when they said it would only he 2 days.

I spent 3 hrs waiting for new tires to be put on. I was not warned when I made the appointment that it would be so long. I work 12 hr shifts overnight. No sleep today!

-5 I WISH I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE FIVE! This place was decent when Jonah was running the front. The Sleazy Human who runs the front is named Carlos. I was not allowed to speak with them directly, Nor was I given the General Managers contact information or name. When quoted over $400 for a single lower control arm I requested the part number and was given the wrong # Before consent was ever given the part was order and I was denied my request to take my business elsewhere. Being a female Carlos saw a chance to take advantage of my lack of automotive knowledge. Due to their poor work my vehicle is now in need of a new engine! STAY AWAY! Got to the Midas in Scottsdale way more honest and definitely more skilled mechanics

Made an appointment online.never received a call back untill late the following day. I had scheduled for That afternoon. Guy called reschedule an appointment for Monday 3/19 at 230p.get there guy says he can't get to his emails so they have to that me like a walk in.wanted me to sit and wait longer. So they messed up twice.poor customer service.

It took them over 2 hours to do my oil change. And my car sounded worse than when i took it in.

They seem afraid to touch my car. I wish i would have been able to go to the one on union hills again this one was just close. The guy couldn't really tell me exact prices. Was missing out things that was wrong with my car. I had to tell him about the hoses on it and they were bad. Like i said i wouldnt take another car back there. My cars gone they were no help. Union hills Midas is a great place go there instead.

Made an appointment for an oil change. They took me in the same day. Very fast and friendly service. Chris was very wonderful. I was having trouble with my stereo. He went beyond his job to help me out and fix it. They were very fast. And very honest. I will be coming here from no on. This was my first time here. I'm a very satisfied customer. I highly recommend coming here.
