Different Doctors mean different diagnoses. Front end check in desk very rude and out of touch with customer service

All of the interns I have had at this campus have been kind, compassionate and very knowledgeable. I have been here for years and I love it!

Since mid western took over this place is horrible
My insurance tried calling to take care of a prior authorization and was hung up on 3 separate times
Never taken care of to this day now been 2 months trying to get medication
This is ridiculous
I called to schedule an appointment also hung up on
Trying to get into your patient portal is impossible
I do not recommend this place
Also tried calling to speak to the resident in charge message never given to her
Needless to say I'm looking for another pcp

The address they have listed leads you to the main building but it’s actually not there. It’s the parking lot that is furthest back from Bethany home and the entrance is facing West. Above the door, it’s labeled Abrazo Family Medicine Residency Clinic and once you go up to it, there’s a sheet that says the new name. Once you enter, go to the stairs or elevator and through the door. I had a great experience with the doctor, he took his time with me and answered all my questions. Even though I arrived late (because I had trouble finding it), they saw me very quickly. Overall, good experience although they really need to update the address and the sign.
