8 We bought several years ago and love it, mostly making changes for the better. They have improved the main pool area quite a bit. They need to work on the other pool and bathrooms, but the grilling area is great.
Now for the downside.we have an onsite property manager Jody who is absolutely awful. Don't try to ask her about anything because either she doesn't have a clue or she just doesn't care and she doesn't want to help. She is not friendly, not welcoming to new potential buyers or renters. Just not a pleasant person all around, so not sure why they put a person like that in an office where she might be the first impression people get. That should be the next change is to get rid of Jody.
But as far as Milano Terrace in general its a very nice place

Nice community, quiet, conveniently located to Trader Joe’s, Fry’s, Whole Foods, Walgreen’s, etc.
Do Not live here! You will regret it! Worst HOA, manager is corrupt and chummy with certain residents making it a huge conflict of interest, she will never do anything to help.gate never works, So much for a gated complex, maintenance attendant is shady stay clear of here!
Condos have lots of light, great main pool area, and it's a well managed community. However, the upper level units are hard to keep cool in the summer.
We have been very happy living at MTPR. Very quiet neighborhood, beautifully landscaped area. We love sitting on our patio watching the golfers hit balls onto the par 3 green. The location is perfect, easy access to State Highway 51, shopping, golf, restaurants, etc. Lots of places within easy walking distance. The trail behind our unit is great! We walk three miles each morning. If you like convenience, natural beauty and friendly, quiet neighbors this is the place!
Great office lady. Helpful maintenance. The landscaping is always on point. My neighbors are quiet and i don't ever have maintenance problems. Definitely recommend to others.
Truly one of the most pathetically poorly constructed condos in history! Paper thin walls, uneven/unbalanced floors & counters, a essentially useless "maintenance department" and a front office that decides their hours of operation with complete impunity to what their posted hours state! If you want to be able to hear your neighbors phone vibrating on their nightstand or EVERY SINGLE WORD of dialogue in the crappy movie they are watching, or wait over a MONTH to have a single light fixture fixed all while stupidly over paying (thanks to the Scottsdale address), then by all means, come live here! Oh and not to mention the NUMEROUS cases of black mold!
