I've called 5 times prior to today only to be put instantly on hold. They never answered after 5-10 minutes so I had to hang up. This time after sitting on hold for a couple minutes, I tried to make an appointment and was cut off rudely by the receptionist saying "the lobby is full right now so I'll have to call back later. "
If their receptionists are this rude and dismissive, I can only imagine how their leadership/veterinarians are like, allowing that kind of behavior to represent their business.
I will be taking my animals elsewhere.

They are just the best for your pet needs needs. The doctors are always great and so is the front office.

Very disappointed with service front desk call when my dog is in pain not responding and what I’m here you need appointment I don’t need appointment for healthy dog I was needed emergency visit for very sick dog no any feeling for dogs or dog owners just business

We were looking for a new veterinary so we thought we'd try Mile high because they were relatively close to our house. The facility is modern and clean and welcoming, but what makes this a five-star double thumbs up veterinary is the care that they give to our pets. They are gentle and understanding of the needs for critical health Care in animals. When our cat got mauled by a bobcat they went above and beyond that which was necessary to ensure our little cat would survive. Service rarely seen today. If I could give a 10 star rating I would. Thank you so much Dr Sherlock for all that you've done for us. I highly recommend Mile high veterinary to all.

I believe Mile Hi Animal hospital is the best Veterinary group in this area. I personally go to Dr Smith as he has taken care of my sisters animals as well as mine. He is an excellent Vet and he truly cares about the animals. I know the other Vets in this group will be the same as I know Dr Smith would not employ them if they weren't. Our animals can't talk so we must trust them to be cared for by the professionals. My Shih Tsu loves Dr Smith and he isn't afraid to go to the Vets office. That right there says it all for me. Dr Smith always tells me what's happening with Jaxon and how we're going to try to get him thru it. He tells it like it is. Thank God it hasn't been horrible yet but I know when that time comes, he will get us thru it in the most humane and loving way possible. Don't hesitate for a second to take your animals to Mile High Animal Hospital. They're good people

I have to pile on the praise for Mile Hi! I brought our 5 year old rescue in today. Got him all caught up on vaccines and a general check-up. The vet was great with him and you could tell she really cared about what she was doing. Five stars all around.

We have used Mile-Hi Animal Hospital for our pet needs for 19 years and counting. I can't say enough good things about this capable and compassionate team of doctors and staff. They have treated our dogs, cats, rabbits and even a few chickens from infancy up to end of life. They offer standard treatments and also holistic/alternative treatments when mainstream medicine is no longer effective. I feel their pricing is competitive, and more importantly, they really are passionate about what they do for the animals and their owners. We recently had to say goodbye to our beautiful 15 year old German Shepherd who Dr. Smith cared for in her younger life, and Dr. Sherlock tended with alternative treatments as she aged. I'm confident that we had her with us for so long in part due to their expert care. Thank you, Mile Hi, for EVERYTHING you do.

Been here in Prescott now 4 yrs. Been to other Veterinarians and wasn't happy with any of them. When it comes to our furbabies of course we want the best. Thank you to my best friend who told me to take our babies here. They were great! Met with Dr Mcclellan, she is wonderful.
