Millie's Hallmark Shop, Phoenix AZ

I was pleasantly surprised on the size of this Hallmark. Walking in, I was greeted by 3 wonderful ladies. I was in awe with the size as this store is twice the size than any other Hallmark, and brimming with goodies. One lady walked me around to show me their entire selection of cloth face masks.reason for stopping in. I then inquired about Dept 56 Snow Babies. They had them in stock! I haven’t been able to find them in stores and buy them online. I was shown around by Delainey. Another surprise, as she took the time to walk me through the store showing me all the amazing Snow Babies in stock. Even though this store is 20 min away from home, I have made this my one and only Hallmark store to shop. Thank you, Ladies, for your awesome service today.

Such a cute place just to go in and wander around to see all the wonderful items and cards for any occasion.

Huge selection and seasonal items sold year round. Very friendly staff as if they can help almost as soon as you walk in. Appreciate the large selection of Mahogany cards.

First time there looking for a christmas gift. The staff wasnt very welcoming felt uncomfortable, stared me down and got quiet when I went near the employee, ask for help they didn't care to help. Very rude I left didn't buy anything.

Rarely do I go into Hallmark, but when I go to Millie's Hallmark I feel like I'm being watched as though I'm going to steal something.

Millie's Hallmark has so many unique gifts that you can't find anywhere else and the staff are all very nice!

My favorite Hallmark shop in Phoenix as it is large and full of so much more than paper goods. Lots of unique gifts for everyone on your list.

This place has the best customer service. I have never encountered an unpleasant employee here. They host fantastic events for Christmas Village collectors, and they have a wide selection of products that make it feel more like a boutique than a typical Hallmark store.

First time visit, very customer friendly. There was a lot to choose from and great gift ideas. There was a festive atmosphere in the store. I recommend this to others looking for holiday cards.

Very unique Hallmark. Love this store. They carry many items that corporate Hallmark stores don't carry. Most of the people that work there. I shop local whenever possible

This is by far the best Hallmark Shop that's bigger than most stores. It's a must see! Their spectacular Christmas themed trees are decorated all year round.

On the door and the internet it states that they close at 8pm on a Friday night as I arive there at 725pm they are closed I can't believe that the store is selfish and close early when one drove 30 minutes to get there

The staff at this location are amazing. They are always so helpful every time I go in. They have a great selection of cards and gift items. The Christmas display in the back of the store is beautiful.

It's really enjoyable to come to this location. It's nice, neat, organized and I always find exactly what I was looking for.

I've always loved this Hallmark shop. It consistently meets my needs for all the celebrations of life: birthdays, weddings, sympathy, get well. Besides that, this shop is a wonderland of Christmas decorations year-round, and it reminds me of the time during my childhood where I would peer endlessly at the pages of Sears-Roebuck Wish Catalog, dreaming of what I'd love to ask Santa for. This shop is practical, as well as a repository of dreams.

Customer service is amazing! I wish everywhere I went there were ladies as helpful and sweet as they are. I will make this location my location from now on!

There customer service is non-existent. I'm in a wheelchair and they did not want to help me. Acted like it was beneath them to help a disabled person. After being in the store it is cleary obvious the store does not meet the ADA guidelines. I guess we know how Mr. Don Crabtree the owne feels about disabled customers. I will spend my money elsewhere where they appreciate me.
