They are taking out HALF of my monies I bring in per month. Not willing to budget the price down for me. Going to eventually cancel this.

Worst software out there. I had purchased this software through a sales rep Tyler Christensen. I was sold a package for 239, well my monthly bill is 1400. My sales rep added on other products, NONE of which are on the CONTRACT signed in May. Called in numerous times and nothing gets done. Would stay away from this fraud of a company

Been with Mindbody for over 1 year and it's been a bad decision from the start. From a user standpoint, it's not bad.from a business owner standpoint it's horrible! Can never get a hold of customer service (unless you have 2 hours to waste on hold). Can never get a straight answer when you do finally get a hold of someone at customer service (always transferred at least twice). Always seems like they are annoyed you're calling with questions. Too expensive and too involved for simple back-end tasks. Just run way, find a better software for your studio.

Too big of a company to worry about small boutique fitness clubs. Always upselling, always being handed off to new acct managers. It’s often “Jon got a promotion and I’ll be taking over your account”.
Long waits for replies. Limited ‘blocked time’ to learn and ask questions. Complicated software and “articles” that keep one spinning to find the right answer. Total disappointing experience and still is as once again I am waiting for a reply.

Contacted MindBody to investigate using software for my new membership based company. I thought the sales person Ana understood my needs in the 1st telephone interview as she equated my business with a well known American one of the same nature. She told me that my company was a good fit. 2nd meeting was the web based demonstrations - 5 minutes in Ana says 'I don't think we can meet your needs'. This is correct mind body cannot meet my companies needs which should have been understood in the 1st 5 minutes of the first conversation.

I was very clear on what we needed in a software and web site platform in our first conversation. This software doesn't have most of the features we need.

I was taken aback at the lack of responsibility the sales person took for wasting my time. I deduce MindBody's aim is to have people sign up to their online platform, not work with businesses in using their software as a bases for our platform.

EDIT: This company will not stop emailing me promotional things, about their how to videos and EVEN A sales person keeps wanting to set up a time to speak about their platform. Horrible horrible company!

As a business owner, I was promised by Bryant their hardwear could integrate well with our business, when we tried to get support or return the hardware that didn't work no one had answers, called to talk to a higher up
and even the Supervisor couldn't get answers to returning the equipment that didn't do what the sales person said it would do, then Supervisor Scott said one of 15 people would call you? The worst experience ever. Tried connecting to a person of higher position than a Supervisor and said no one higher up would contact me. If you're looking for a software system with a good support service or customer service "THIS IS NOT IT. " Don't invest your money it's a major loss. I lost money and time.

Horrible customer service. After paying for the add-on service Fitmetrix I found that I was unable to use that which I purchased the software for in the first place. And after many repeated attempts to work with the technical "support" team I'm still in a place where I cannot use the service I am paying for. I've been patiently waiting now for a little over 10 days to get the technical support department to fix what is not working and they cannot. At this point I'm extremely frustrated. Versus helping me simply cancel the add-on Fitmetrix service because it does not work they instead tell me that due to the 30 day cancellation notice that I will continue to be charged for the service even though it does not work.unbelieveable. I have been a customer since Feb 2012 and instead of accepting any responsibility whatsoever I'm told I'll be charged more for a service that is not working fully.

Terrible service. Over priced, cumbersome software program. Very slow login times. Don’t use them for your scheduling and payment needs. There are better companies out there, for less money as well.

Great company to work for. Lots of benefits. The software and services we provide to Fitness, Wellness and Beauty establishments is awesome too. Makes my job easy

Highly UN-SATISFIED with their customer support. I purchased their subscription where 24/7 support and training was assured and they charged me for 3 months. But they only called me twice for 10-15 min for training which was not sufficient to understand their complex software. Later I tried reaching out to them but they are too busy to attend an un-satisfied customer. I finally reached out to the sales lady who booked me in and surprisingly I was asked to look for other companies instead of listening and resolving my complaints. So I cancelled my subscription with them but this was a Horrible experience and wastage of time and money dealing with them. They don’t deliver what they promise you initially.
