Absolute best experience! I was very skeptical of acupuncture when I came in, but was desperate to find a solution to my daily headaches and weekly migraines. Day 1, Lesley asked me all the questions to find out about my health as a whole. She gave me really great tips and practices for me to continue outside of acupuncture and then threw some needles on me. I was still skeptical because I didn’t feel anything dramatic during or after, but after a couple months taking all her tips seriously and coming in every two weeks, I rarely get headaches and no migraines! I’ve never had relief like this even with medication. Now anything I have going on health wise I’m sure Lesley can help and I’m anxious for every appointment. I love her holistic approach and genuine care. She’s a miracle worker!

I would like to tell the world about my wonderful experience with Lesley at MindfulLife acupuncture but first a little background on my history. Going into the last few years I have always been a very healthy athlete who then had to undergo multiple surgeries, including both shoulders, my lumbar spine and hip replacements. I have been unable to sleep thru the night for over 2 years due to pain. I have tried physical therapy, pain management and chiropractor without any results. My life literally changed overnight after my first acupuncture treatment with Lesley. I was able to sleep the first night, with my pain scale dropping dramatically. It is not just about the acupuncture with Lesley. It is her genuine ability to care for you personally and to help you understand the relationship between you mind, body and spirit. I have spent my life in healthcare and I truly feel I would not be where I am today without meeting Lesley. She has truly brought me back to the life I loved.
