My experience with the Minute Clinic at Kolb and Sunrise was horrible. We had three consecutive appointments for flu shots and after waiting 25 minutes (i.e, each appointment was missed) we canceled them and left. We never saw the person who was supposed to administer the vaccine in the 30+ minutes we were there. I will never go back. This is not customer service and reflects poorly on CVS as a whole.

The nurse practitioner, Allison, was very knowledgable, professional, caring and communicated very well. I was there for three vaccinations and without a doubt I can say that I've never had more fun getting sharp pieces of steel stuck in my arms and being pumped full of stuff made in a lab. She was great!

We love this Minute Clinic and the NP we usually see (Allison West). We live around the corner and I am so grateful to have a great minute clinic close by! The NP is super thorough, friendly, and excellent with our kids (elementary aged). Perfect for diagnosing routine illnesses- quick, efficient, and we have never felt rushed. She even removed a piece of yoga mat (sigh.don’t ask) that my kiddo somehow shoved in his ear a year or two ago. Saved us from a lengthy (and probably expensive) visit elsewhere. The pharmacy here is also really great- and having the NP and pharmacy working closely together is a huge benefit and super efficient. We have high deductible insurance so end up paying for most minor visits and meds out of pocket- they do a great job helping to figure out any meds we might need and discuss cost etc. The NP even took extra time today to ask the pharmacist for chewable antibiotic pills (for my kiddo who can’t swallow pills yet) since we are going on vacation later this week and don’t want to bring liquid/suspension. Really great clinic- highly recommend!

The NP at this store (Sharon) is very attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. She spent a good deal of time speaking with me, and was very thoughtful in both her assessment and treatment plan. An incredibly positive experience - thank you very much!

My son was diagnosed with flu.since I had the same symptoms I attempted to schedule an appointment with my primary care physician. First available was three days.by then it would be useless to visit physician, flu would be full blown and Tamiflu would be useless. I opted to visit a Minute Clinic.was told my insurance was denied.spoke to my broker.broker ensured that insurance was active and excepted.called minute clinic.minute clinic associate said to keep visiting other locations until it is accepted. Remember Pookie from New Jack City. Yeh you do.thats not me. I'm supposed to go around like a crack head and bag for medical care. I over pay for medical insurance so I don't have to deal with this crap.
