Waste of time, came on my lunch break, tried to send me somewhere telling me it’s free over there. (I work during those hours)
Dude had an attitude. Overall, out of all the locations I’ve been to in the years, this definitely is the worst

I went there in Jan 2018, it’s Jun 2022 and I’m still getting bills. If Jean King still works there. Please people do not go to her. She messed up my paper work and I been dealing with this headache of bills back and forth for years now with the VA and tricare. Make sure she does her job correct.

Awful customer service. Refused service to my wife for immunization. She didn't realize I am a health insurance agent. I will be filing a complaint on the pcp's medical license.

Called to speak to a pharmacist about the medication I was prescribed yesterday. Waited on hold only to be hung up on. Called again. AGAIN Called ended. Still trying I asked the store manager to connect me.yes you guessed it. Waited in hold to yet again be disconnected. Please don't do this to people. Just be good humans!

The minute clinic is amazing however, I'm rating the store itself as this was absolutely uncalled for.

I wanted to speak to a professional about the Covid vaccine and Linda was amazing. She was so sweet and understanding about my hesitation and reassured me that I didn’t have to take the vaccine and we just chatted. We had the most amazing conversation and she had so much compassion. It was exactly what I was looking for at that exact moment. I left with such a better and more informed frame of mind. Please know that having someone like her in this position is the best thing for people at this point in time. The world is so horrible with this awful pandemic and we, as people with no idea what’s truly happening in the world, need the “Lindas” in our world to give us a true perspective. I couldn’t sleep last night knowing I had this appointment and I sure feel I’ll get a great nights rest knowing Linda is in this world.

What is the point of having scheduled appointments if the patient still has to wait an hour in the "waiting area"? The last thing someone wants to do is chill in a CVS when they aren't feeling well. I showed up 10 min early for my appt and was never seen because I left. The "practioner" called me when I was in the parking lot and offered to have me come back in but "She has another appt in 10 min". HOW RUDE!

Very disappointed with this experience, not even an experience. I scheduled my appointment for 4: 50, when scheduling they ask you to arrive there 15 minutes early so I do. I get there and check in on the kiosk and it says I have a wait time of 62 minutes! Whatever I'm there no big deal ill wait. I then receive a text saying that for safety reasons they want you to wait in your car. Fine I do. Along with the text it sends a link with your "live wait time" in real time so I keep checking it. I go into the area 2 more times throughout my wait. No one is at the counter so I wait in my car. 30 minutes 20 minutes 10 minutes at 2 mins I go in and they tell me I am way late for my appointment and basically say next time be there on time! Very disappointed 0/10 recommended if I could leave 0 stars i would.

Stopped here while visiting from Wisconsin. The directions given for using the medication were wrong. As a result, I need more now. For two days I have been attempting to talk to the doctor. When I've called (x4) they say they will call me back and still never have. They also messed up the billing and charged $100 instead of $20 with my insurance and told me I need to sort out when I get home. I am still waiting for a call from the doctor to fix this while now traveling home.

I wish I could put zero stars. I came here because it was just right down the street and they told me that my insurance covered getting the depo shot here and I would have no co-pay. I get the shot, the Doctor tells me, again, that I have no co-pay and everything seems fine. Two weeks later they are calling me to tell me that it turns out my insurance doesn’t cover going there (even though the doctor looked at my insurance card, checked her computer, and then told me I was covered). I had to pay over $220 and they are still calling and and sending me mail asking me for more money. How is that fair at all? They told me I was covered and they told me I had no co-pay but they are harassing me for even more money.

Not sure who wrote the bad reviews or what they had expected. But the lady doctor or nurse practitioner was excellent. Professional. Courteous, and with the online check in process I was in and out in minutes.
Even with insurance this sick visit at urgent care would of cost me more. Cheers, great work minute clinic union hills.
