Miracle-Ear Hearing Aid Center, Mesa AZ

Joann is my wonderful consultant, wouldn't trade her for anyone. She is easy to understand when explaining how the audio system works and the types of hearing problems I have. She tells me about the different types of hearing aids Miracle Ear has to offer and would would recommend which would be the best one for me. She would administer and explain to me about the hearing test and how she will adjust the hearing aids to give me the best settings.
Joann gives excellent customer service and has her customers at heart.

I am so grateful I found Miracle-Ears on South Power Rd. I have had hearing loss for approximately 6 years and have spent my entire time saying what. My poor husband and both kids I was driving them crazy. I had even tried using 4 different hearing aids off of the tv commercials not realizing no one takes the time to fit them or test them for my hears. We reached a point that we had to do something so we called Miracle-Ear and had an appointment 2 days later. That’s where we got to met Joann Pilcher with a smile I might add. We sat down with her. She took the time to thoroughly
explain how I have a hearing loss, showing us charts and explaining what we are looking at answering all of our questions patiently like she had all the time in the world for us. She is so amazing, so friendly. No doubt in our minds we did get the best person. She is truly an asset for this company and she loves what she does. We have now been there 3 time and it has been a pleasure to see her each time as she greets us with a smile. If you are thinking of new hearing aids. This would be your best choice. You will not be disappointed if you work with Joann Pilcher.

I received the best care at Miracle Ear. Although I found I didn't require a hearing aid I did receive extensive and informative testing by Mrs. Joann Pilcher. I know the extent of my hearing issue and was invited to return any time. Joann is also very familiar with veterans and I would recommend you all to seek assistance from them.

I went in for a hearing test, needless to say I needed Hearing Aids. Joann Pilcher made feel at ease. Crystal is a Hoot. The process was very informative and helpful. So thankful we chose not only Miracle Ear but this store in particular! Joann provides so much education on the hearing aids and her continuing care / customer service is absolutely second to none. We have visited other hearing aid stores but have NEVER seen her kind of service anywhere! Everyone at this location have always been friendly and professional. Joanne figured out a problem I was having with my hearing aids and did everything in her power to help me get new ones. I appreciate all of them.

Have been with miracle ear for about 12 years, I started with Nadia, she is the best love her,
Now I’m with Joann love her too, they both listened to my needs. I also like to mention Crystal the receptionist for going in there about every 4 months she remembers me by name and always greets

Joann Pilcher was a God send! She was AMAZING with my 91 yr old picky and stubborn grandmother! She handled her with the utmost care, dignity and professionalism. We all got educated that day and I will be going back for myself when needed. Everyone on staff we encountered there was lovely.
