When I'm in Tucson, I frequent this shop. They've always had the best kratom and the people are all really nice, until my last experience. I moved to Texas and was hoping to place a very large order on their site. Long story short, there were some issues so I called in. (This was around Fri 2/3 @3: 00pm). Whoever I spoke with told me he didn't know how the site worked and told me to call back in an hour or so and he would figure it out. After calling back, he clearly hadn't done anything and told me I had to make my purchases "as-is" on the site. He clearly wasn't interested in helping and was very short with me.
