I recently toured with Alyssa, and looked at a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment on the golf course. She was extremely professional and helpful when it came to every little detail and question I had. I could not be more pleased with my experience.

Alyssa has been very helpful in the process of applying for an apartment at Mirador. Very nice and beautiful complex! I look forward to calling it home soon!

Mirador Apartments has a great management team. Stacey, was a very friendly and funny manager here, she stayed after her working hours to help my boyfriend and I find a home. Thank you!

Went on a walk through with Alyssa and she really is the best. I’ve been to a lot of different apartment complexes and it is definitely rare to find someone who cares about their job as much as she does. Attention to detail was incredible, kind, knew what she was talking about, really could not have asked for a better experience.

Walked in today at 4pm to look at one your 3b2b. Instead I am not greeted, the kid at the desk is talking on his phone giggling. So I wait in the lobby and peak a few times. While waiting I looked up the apartment and started reading all these horrible reviews. Fifteen minutes later, left without any word with the kid working.

Dont Move to this Apartments horrible customer service. Rent is to expensive apartment outdated. Never saw my deposit they charge you for the smallest thing like stretch the carpet fee being damaged do to furniture.call for ants crawling all over, there respond I cant get pest control till next Monday, although I'm getting charge a fee. Water bill is per occupants per apartment unit never got told that during move in and I dont agree should be like that. Overall I was not happy living here.

The staff are great and promptly address issues. They really care about you as a resident. Prompt maintenance. On the Golf Course. Pet friendly for small to med dogs. Well groomed grounds. I love it here!

The complex was visually very nice. We loved the fact that it was right on the golf course. Beautiful views. Everyone living in the apartment was relatively very nice. However, I did have some concerns. No cell phone reception. No garbage disposal. Walls were poorly insulated, so our APS bill was always pretty high. Floors (2nd) were noisy. Always ran out of doggy-poo bags. BUT, the staff was nice and attentive and so were our neighbors. Everyone was very welcoming to our two doggies. Overall, I enjoyed living here.

If you like scorpions rent here they are crawling all over the apartment at night. The office's respons is "you live on a perserve didn't you know that". They hardly care. After we rented they admitted the place has a scorpion problem but never disclosed that before we signed a lease.

Lee the apartment manager is very accommodating and cares about his tenants needs. The grounds are always beautiful. If a problem arises it is taken care of in a timely manner. I've lived here three years and I am happy with the community. The staff is great. Overall I think any body would be happy living here. Thank you Lee and the entire Mirador staff.

I'm looking for an apartment and stopped into Mirador recently. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The young woman who showed me around was very professional.

Okay place to live. The rent is a little high. The shared water, sewer, and trash is based on the occupants. For a family of three, we pay about $70 to $80 a month. Babies are considered occupants. Maintenance requests are fulfilled very quickly. Golf balls regularly fly through the parking lots. I have seen cars getting hit on multiple occasions. I have killed two scorpions in my apartment in the two years I have been living here. We had an ant problem that lasted about three weeks. One covered parking spot for a two bed two bath. Parking can be an issue sometimes if you have more than one vehicle. Only electronic payments are accepted for the rent and utilities. As with a lot of complexes, the rent increased when the lease was to be renewed by at least $70. You cannot rent out the clubhouse. The maintenance staff and office staff are friendly and helpful. The grounds are kept clean and maintained.

You CAN NOT leave your drains open at night 2 1/2 inch cockroaches will enter your apartment and these are not the dirty ones my friends. - Confirmed with multiple Tenants. They spray, but it does nothing because these ROACHES are HUGE!

Woke up one night at 4am to find one crawling on my neck and crushed it with my bare hands - I knew it was time to move out. Traumatized for weeks waking up in the middle of the night to check my sheets.

Other instances where the 2 inch cockroaches will race across the room, I would find them hanging from the closet ceiling upside down, and outside by neighbors doors or crawling into the neighbors apartments.

Look I get it; its Phoenix, BUT the situation is really really bad. They can tell you all they want that they will fix it, but in the end after complaining and pouring Boric Acid and bleach down my drains every single day, all they said is, Hey, it's Phoenix! - Right. There is nothing we can do about it. This happened on a Tuesday and they said they would send out someone NEXT MONDAY! - Yes, I had to wait 6 long days.

The apartments are cheaply constructed and it is really not worth the money at all since the units are over priced. The walls are paper thin and so are the floors - I don't think I will ever live on the second floor ever again.

WIFI SIGNAL - Since the apartment complex is in kind of in the mountains, away from Thunderbird Road, your WIFI signal will experience interference. You will never get full internet speed. - I had DIRECT TV. Had DIRECT TV come out a couple times to confirm.

Cell phone signal is garbage as well and I have Verizon. Since you experience WIFI interference and hardly any cellphone reception you can forget about WIFI calling. I would have to wait sometimes to go down the hill and get on the road to make a phone call.

Hardly any parking and the parking spots are very narrow and sometimes impossible to work with if your neighbor doesn't know how to park their car. So you are forced to get a dink. I have two - they line up perfectly with the car who used to park next to me.

Quiet time is 9pm - God forbid if you want to play a bit of music, Medium Volume (NOT LOUD at all), on a Friday or Saturday night around 10: 30pm. The old farts that live around you will complain because the walls and floors are paper thin. - Not Worth It.

Gold course is okay, but the morons who can't play hit the ball into the parking lot and HIT your car once in a while.

I saw 2 Javelinas by the garbage dumps on a few different occasions. - Never threw out my trash again without bringing my gun with me.

Signing an 11 month lease here was a BIG mistake. It seems as if this is very common among many neighbors who have lived there in the past. Way over priced just to live with LARGE Cockaroaches, poor WIFI, and no cellphone signal in silence - not worth it. Moving on. - Don't waste your time.

I would give the staff 3 of 5 stars for showering everyday - not very smart people. I am writing this review because you should highly recommend looking into another establishment. I did not enjoy myself here at all. My rent was always payed on time with no problems. Just stating my opinion and the opinions of others that have lived here. I hope you enjoyed my review. MOVE ON! Good Luck.

ADDITION: I was charged for the indentation a large mirror created on the carpet during final move out. I should have vaccumed this portion of the carpet - silly me! BUT is it really a big deal? !? !

This company will have a 3rd party company come in and look for everything wrong and charge you for it.

TERRIBLE customer service LIBBY piss poor attitude when simply trying to speak to them about it!

I was the perfect resident and always payed my rent on time.

I payed the additional charges and I am very happy to simply walk away.

STAY AWAY FROM MIRADOR! MOVE ON.

Lived at Mirador for about 1 year, the complex was overall very nice for the price and situated in a central location to go to Central Phoenix, PV, and Scottsdale. Beautiful golf course and walking paths nearby, the grounds were kept clean while there and plenty of parking.

Pros: Apartment itself was fairly up to date, carpets were clean, did not find any bugs while on the second story of the unit building. You get a large amount of space for a 1Br 1Bth with a storage closet that came in handy. Maintenance was fast.

Cons: Some mechanical parts may be old, replace any locks or appliances if worn. Parking is pretty tight under carports so a large car will be difficult to park. Upper stories tend to get hotter as heat rises, I'd recommend a first floor or second. Windows are single pane, so get black out shades to avoid heat radiating through.

Overall I liked the complex, I'd recommend it.

I have not had a problem with noise. I can sleep during the day without a problem. The office staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
The public areas are well maintained.

The staff is amazing, and for the most part, the complex is amazing.
However, the cell service is terrible.
If you move here, make sure you have WiFi calling enabled on your phone. Because that's the only way you can make calls.
