My favorite place for car wash.all customers get treated with class and the service is always excellent.

I have a truck and your brushes do not clean the tailgate part of my F150. I have to get out and wipe the dirt off with a rag myself.

Paid $50 for the final touch.came out with dusty dirty seat.lol.first time to try and see if worth the membership.i guess not for now.

I got the platinum one and the inside looks like they didn’t do noting so now I have to do it myself and I paid to clean the inside they just focused on the windows on the inside. So bad that they don’t do the job because I paid for it and didn’t received what I paid for. Bad experience and never will go there again.

I have been a member for about 15 yrs, however I never knew the car washes are not equipped to wash the tailgate of your truck.
Usually an attendant wiped it off. Now that they are not allowed unless you pay for full service you have to not only dry your windows and mirrors but now you must include your tailgate as well.
This needs to be addressed, and fixed because, if you only have time for an express wash, you must leave with a dirty tailgate, And wet windows.

We have 3 cars and all of them have the membership here, it's a great deal to maintain clean your vehicles

For the most part I am ways happy with their service. Everyone friendly. Sometimes the car is not as clesm. As I'd like it. All in all good place.

Misters broke a wood piece panel on the dashboard, and placed the broken piece in the cup holder without informing me of the mishap, to replace this piece is $432.00.

There was still dirt on the inside of the doors. I am not sure what they wiped down. Looks like they sprayed some areas and didn't wipe them down either. Good exterior wash, poor interior auto detailing.

I have been coming to this location for over 2 years.
They recently stopped performing basic towel dry for the car wash which used to be included for that they lost two stars.

Good morning I have been having a membership with this location for about 3 months due to me just moving to the sugarland area. When I was going I must admit I wasn’t happy was even thinking about canceling my membership but I spoke to a manager by the name of Charlie or his name maybe Charles he was so nice I pointed out the areas I wasn’t happy and it was corrected and as long he is there when I go I’m very satisfied

This location has really gone downhill in the last year. They seem to have changed up their business model due to covid and it really shows. The quality of the work now is subpar and the staff don’t seem to care. The three times I’ve run my truck through here this year I’ve had to get them to wash it again and it was still dirty.

Fast, friendly service, and my vehicle looks much better. I have mixed opinions about the cost of paying per wash, but I'm on an unlimited plan so it's completely worth it.

Workers are not professional and dont want to do their jobs. Some cars get treated better than others. Car in front of me had their car mirror straightened out after the drive thru wash while they just look at mine and continued talking.

I love going to clean my car but ever since the pandemic happened and they re-opened it is a waste of time. When you go through the car wash there is no one there at the end to dry the car. They’re just standing there stare at you go by. So I have to get off myself to get off and dry my car and I feel that that’s what they’re there for. I don’t want to hear the excuse about social distance and precautionary measures because they’re cleaning the cars by the inside they can DRY my car by the outside. Also when they vacuum the car they don’t do a great job. I always have to go back and re-vacuum my car. Not very happy with the service since they re-opened.

They didn't clean my car. I told her specifically what I wanted to clean and paid extra for it and they still didn't clean it or wipe it down. How do you put leather conditioner on top of dirt? ! First time back at Mister Carwash after not coming for years. I stopped coming then because I was unimpressed with the quality for the price they charge. Was in a rush this morning and just dropped in because they were there. Guess it will be another 5 yrs before I go back again. They left their rag in my car. I wiped the area they didn't clean once with the damp rag they forgot in the car, and it came clean. They just didn't even try. Save your money. If your not on a Mercedes at this location, they really just rush you through. I'll take pickup driving self elsewhere I guess.

I went to this location today to simply get a vacuum but they don’t let you get a vacuum unless you get a car wash. I would’ve paid for a vacuum but instead they rather turned me away

I've been there many times, I have an unlimited membership, but today I was very unsatisfied with my wash.

Highly recommend, best in town anywhere in Houston i can easily get my car cleaned in minutes. Best in class so many branches.
