Won’t recommend this place if your looking to have your car clean. You matter just go to a gas station and vacuum your car and go into the self wash machine, you will do a better job. They are just washing car so fast to be able handle all the cars.

Mister Carwash could be the best, you all took away the personal hands on experience, trying to be to automated. Moving to fast not having the time to do or wanting to do the detail work that got you the clientele that you have built, I recently cut down my 3 packages because of this reason and know at least 10 more people who has done the same thing for the same reasons, your automated machines don’t clean the cars as good as hands on, and I find myself at the detail shop or catch mobile detailing most times, and I believe you all should bring back that personal hands on experience it would help you all a great deal, it’s like the Barbershop you like to look good and be clean so you’ll wait your turn as long as it’s done right, I hope to see a change soon.

I love the car wash on 15232 Wallisville Rd. Houston TX. 77049 but it would be nice to have that buffer wheel overhead to get the extra water off the windshield and back glass like at the other location nearby.

I have the most expensive package and my car was halfway clean and it smelled of dirty mop. I called customer service and they passed on the message to the manager. Spoke to the manager and he assured me that my next visit will be better. If it's not I'm going to cancel. Or go back to the Westheimer location.

I used to come here years ago when I lived in the área and the service was pretty good just an outdated facility. I’m here now and am impressed by the upgraded facilities but even more impressed with the customer service provided by Cassandra. This young lady is on it! She didn’t miss a beat and KNEW what she was talking about! She was very detailed and thorough in her explanation of services offered. Now let’s see how spotless my car will be

Horrible they left my car super dirty inside and I paid 36 dollars plus the tip I do not recommend it they should put workers who clean well

Service is good. However, I feel terrible for the guys drying and wiping down car after the exterior wash. They are made to stand in uncovered parking lot nothing to shield them from harsh Houston sun/heat. Cooler has no ice, I cannot believe owner allows them to work in these conditions. Heat stroke is bound to happen. I've been to many other locations and they at least had EZ Up Covers giving shade to workers. Hope mr carwash manager reads this and corrects these issues asap.

I have the 32.00 package, every time I go through there I don't get my wax or my tire shine omg it broke my plastic license plate, it bend my entena, n they won't replace them I just got my car its a 2018 caravan.

Paid 36 dollars for a great clean and it was worst than the regular wash, left dirt inside the carpet and dash had all the dirt on it and they ask for tips on the spot when you pay lol sarcastic people last time using this car wash

Never buy their “detail car wash services” unless you want to be dissatisfied. The inside vacuuming was done with minimal effort with still just as many dog hairs in vehicle as when I dropped it off and they don’t spray down the inside with anything only “dust it off with a cloth”. Only praise I can give Mister car wash is that it’s good for two things only- the pass for unlimited drive through car washes and available free vacuuming. I also have yet to smell the included “lemon” scent. Get a true detail elsewhere.

Surface clean, paid for the highest package. Left streaks on the dash, the screens still had finger prints. The back area still had dirt in the tracks. Tires were ok, glass was good. Seats were not cleaned very well. I guess I expected more for the price still left tip. But do not recommend. 2nd trip. I always try a company twice.

I have been going to this Mr Carwash for years and I must say the quality of work has diminished terribly. I am currently a monthly paying member however I may have to change that. I pay monthly for the wash outside and to clean inside yet now if I want to just ride through. I have to get a receipt for someone just to wipe the outside down or they won't do it. Then in instances like today where I wanted them to do the whole thing. I watched them pull my car to the front, not open the back gate to clean or wipe it down.there was no armor all on the tires, the inside of the doors weren't clean nor was the console even wiped down. I keep my car VERY clean so it's not like they have a lot to do any way but I literally had to walk outside and talk them through everything to get it to satisfactory. Mind you I even get my car detailed twice a month from someone else so it isn't a mudder and I'm not expecting detailed work from them but it's just been shabby lately.

The machines are not as good as they use to be. The staff rushes through detailing car's now to the point you have to go behind them. The supervisor on duty was very helpful in correcting of my concerns which was pleasant. Miss the popcorn because of covid-19

OMG, they cleaned my car SO GOOD. I went to the beach yesterday and had sand in my car and it was so dusty, I couldn't stand it. My car was thoroughly cleaned, I'm very pleased.

I would give 5 stars less if I could I pay a monthly fee to get my car washed and it's so terrible I don't even want a refund I think they should all be fired please save your car and never come to this place this is less than 2 minutes after washing

They did the bare minimum, they had four people on one vehicle while my truck had completely dried from the air; before they even started to wipe my truck down. I still have water marks and streaks.
