Mister Car Wash, Tucson AZ

They didn’t use a brush to clean the dirt off the windows like any good car wash. When I went to wipe down the car (the blowers didn’t work very well) the front & rear windows were filthy. My rag turned black after wiping the front & rear window

Not impressed with the service. I spent $20 on a car wash and I ended up cleaning the rest of it at home. I do not recommend.

It's kinda confusing when you drive in. And it's one way. So you can't loop around to vacuum after you wash your car. It wasn't too busy, which was nice.

The carwash is always so busy and the parking lot and the entrance and exit are not conducive to the amount of volume of business. The way it is set up you have to vacuum your vehicle before going through the automatic carwash and there is typically a wait for a spot to vacuum to open up and people who have been waiting already just haphazardly park any which way they think will insure that they don't miss their turn regardless of the safety of traffic coming off such a busy street.

Love this place! Staff have always been courteous. Very helpful when I have needed to update payment information, etc.

They don't accept cash. Their largest competitor does so I'll be using that one instead.

Staff is always friendly and helpful but the vacuums had hardly any suction power. I usually go to the one by Marketplace and theirs is very powerful.

Had the platinum monthly for like $30 a month and had to cancel. Wash machines only wash 3/4 of car. Back side never was washed and this includes almost all Tucson locations. Gotta go back to hand wash. Least then car will be done right. When cancel young man who helped said they had scrubbers for back off. Good service just felt I wasn't getting my monies worth.

$40 car wash didn't clean interior window, rear view mirror, door jambs, touch screen still had all it's fingerprints, and the car was still dripping when they called us over. Car has less than 1,000 miles on it. Vacuum people did great.

This place is good. The staff is nice and my car always looks great after the wash, however my plate always comes out bent, despite me having all 4 screws in. Maybe I need a plate frame but some people just don't prefer to have one and new plates are expensive.

It's an easy way to get a quick wash and it does a great job.
On the down side. I would like to see a place for employees to rest their feet while waiting for customers to pull up. There is only partial shade, not enough in my opinion in this 107° temperature. Maybe install a mister, (no pun intended, lol). They have to stand at entrance while waiting for customers to arrive while on their shift.
I am impressed with the employees that Mister Car Wash hires, they are always professional, courteous, and patient. Please consider my suggestion.

You can vacuum your own vehicle here unlike some of the others which cost a lot more and it is close to several golf stores I visit while I am in town.
