Mister Car Wash, Houston TX

Great customer service at this location, they made my day a lot better by solving a system issue I had on my account.

They are not detail oriented, they leave the car dirty inside, sadly disappointed, I repaired the titanium wash and I feel cheated.

Good service. I received a couple of compliments regarding the exterior cleanliness of my vehicle. However, I would have liked for them to have done a better job with cleaning/wiping down the inside of my car. My cup holders still had the sticky sno-ball syrup I had wasted. It was a busy Saturday morning, and I think they were rushing to get everyone out in a timely manner. Hence, I would have appreciated quality and thoroughness over timing.

The employees are very nice, but half the vacuums weren’t sucking. They would make noise but couldn’t pick up a straw wrapper!

My experience with MR. Car Wash has been terrible. After being a loyal monthly subscriber for a couple of years, back on 12/31/22 at 4pm I was in the middle of the car wash when their track started jostling my car around and thrusting it into the car in front of me. It was a terrible experience, I couldn't even see what was happening because of the soap and brushes covering the windows while it was going on.
The car wash manager refused to fill out an incident report or help in any way claiming it wasn't their fault. Leaving me to deal with the damages to my vehicle. After a couple of weeks the Regional Josh Crowell contacted me and apologized and said they were going to do what ever they needed to in order to make it right.
He said Mr. Car Wash would cover the damages if they couldn't prove fault of the car that was in front of me. (That's who they wanted to blame). After being strung along for 3 months, now He and the company have totally ghosted me and won't return e-mails, phone calls or even texts.
Now I'm having to go through my insurance and go after Mr. Car Wash for damages. This happened at the location at 5909 Hwy. 6 N, Houston, TX 77084. I caution anyone who lives around there to avoid this location. The Manager told me that this type of thing happens all of the time.

Super filthy to work with, they leave a lot to be desired, one pays for the best service and they don't clean it well inside, they leave some areas dirty and when they clean the dashboard they leave dusty parts, there should be someone in charge supervising the work before delivering the cars to the customer. Bad service I do not recommend it

Out of all the Housotn and Katy locations this one is the worst. The roller brush to get the hood and roof never seems to work either.

Love the mister carwash brand, but this location didn't deliver a clean car. I purchase the #1 wash ($18), I wouldn't say my car was extremely dirty, but it lacked the shine I would get from other locations. The first arch which is usually their tri form, produced a clear water and very little suds. Feel like my money would have been spent better elsewhere. Vacuums were decent but it would be nice if the hoses where a little be longer.

I been coming here for about 2 years with the monthly premium carwash membershit. I've been noticing as of lately I'm not getting soap or at LEAST water on my car before the first washer things resulting in scratches on my car.idk if they are having budget cuts but definitely won't be going here. I will either go to the one up the street which is out the way or just cancel it all together

Monthly membership is a good deal. Good wash and their vacuums are always working. Clean facility.

Very convenient for me. They do a great job on my car. If y’all would only discount the second car in the monthly wash subscription like another local car wash does you would have my 4 cars here and 5 stars. Just saying…

This car wash is so unprofessional. Turns out your business hours are 7: 30-7: 00. It was 6: 00 and they had the drive in lanes closed. No one came out to ask anything. I started to take pictures and they came out and just look at me. You guys might want to send in a team to over look their activities. Because even tho it’s late. They need to have customer service. It’s messed up people come in late but sometimes that’s the only time anyone has to come in to get their vehicle detailed.

I like Mister Car Wash and have a subscription. I have some newer establishments by my home, so this one was lacking what I'm used to. This location has the canister vacuums and nothing else. The locations in my area have the centralized vacuums and they have the compressed air wand for detailing, which I prefer. Overall, it was still a good experience.

Look I like this place. I've been through it several times, never had any mechanical issues, vacuums always work fairly well. The girl leading people into the car wash is awesome and expressive. HOWEVER I do not appreciate the hard sell the guys at the entrance are trying to make. It's pretty intrusive, I'm just trying to get my car washed and have to sit there saying NO I don't want the membership plan about 6 times. I like to visit other car washes too. Quit it.

The Manager is very attentive, Respectful, and cares about all his customers! I love being apart of the Mister Car Wash Family! I appreciate everything and will continue to come everyday!
